รายละเอียดการจ้าง
โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดจ้างบริการบำรุงรักษาเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์แม่ข่าย (Server) และระบบปฏิบัติการ (Software) ของระบบ TCG Data Management ของ บสย. เพื่อให้ระบบมีความพร้อมใช้งานตลอดเวลาทั้งที่ศูนย์คอมพิวเตอร์หลักและศูนย์สำรอง และเพื่อให้การบริหารจัดการระบบเป็นไปตามหลักเกณฑ์การบริหารจัดการความเสี่ยงด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ (IT Risk Management) ของธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทย
ขอบเขตงานหลักประกอบด้วยการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance) จำนวนไม่น้อยกว่า 4 ครั้งตลอดอายุสัญญา ซึ่งรวมถึงการตรวจสอบสภาพอุปกรณ์และสายสัญญาณ และจัดทำรายงานหลังการบำรุงรักษา และการบำรุงรักษาเชิงแก้ไขซ่อมแซม (Corrective Maintenance) ซึ่งผู้รับจ้างต้องให้คำปรึกษาเบื้องต้นทันทีที่ได้รับแจ้งปัญหาผ่านช่องทางต่าง ๆ และหากแก้ไขเบื้องต้นไม่ได้ภายใน 1 ชั่วโมง ต้องจัดส่งเจ้าหน้าที่และอุปกรณ์สำรองเข้ามาแก้ไขปัญหาภายใน 4 ชั่วโมง
ผู้รับจ้างมีหน้าที่ในการซ่อมแซม แก้ไข ปรับปรุง และ/หรือเปลี่ยนทดแทนอุปกรณ์ พร้อมรับประกันจากเจ้าของผลิตภัณฑ์ เพื่อให้ระบบสามารถทำงานได้ตามปกติตลอดอายุสัญญา โดยต้องดูแลให้อุปกรณ์อยู่ในสภาพพร้อมทำงานอย่างต่อเนื่องและเต็มประสิทธิภาพ
This project aims to procure maintenance services for the server hardware and operating system software of the TCG Data Management system for the Thai Credit Guarantee Corporation (TCG). The objective is to ensure high availability and continuous operation of the system at both the primary and backup data centers, and to align the system management with the Bank of Thailand’s IT Risk Management guidelines.
The core scope of work includes Preventive Maintenance (PM) for at least four sessions throughout the contract period, involving equipment and cable inspections and post-maintenance reporting. It also includes Corrective Maintenance (CM), where the contractor must provide immediate initial consultation upon problem notification and, if unresolved within one hour, dispatch personnel and spare equipment to resolve the issue on-site within four hours.
The contractor is responsible for all repair, troubleshooting, enhancement, and/or replacement of equipment, including manufacturer warranties, to ensure normal system operation. They must maintain the equipment in a fully operational and efficient state throughout the contract duration.
