รายละเอียดการจ้าง
สำนักงานปลัดกระทรวงวัฒนธรรม โดยกองภาพยนตร์และวีดิทัศน์ มีความประสงค์จ้างพัฒนาระบบฐานข้อมูลกลางอุตสาหกรรมภาพยนตร์และวีดิทัศน์ของประเทศไทย ผ่านเว็บไซต์ https://contentthailand.com ใหม่ทั้งหมด เนื่องจากเว็บไซต์เดิมที่สร้างด้วย WordPress มีปัญหาการตอบสนองล่าช้าเมื่อมีการเรียกใช้ข้อมูลปริมาณมาก
โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาระบบฐานข้อมูลสำหรับสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานของกองภาพยนตร์ฯ และเป็นฐานข้อมูลภาครัฐที่ประชาชนสามารถอ้างอิงและใช้บริการได้อย่างครอบคลุมและมีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น ตลอดจนพัฒนาเว็บไซต์ให้ใช้งานได้ต่อเนื่อง สนับสนุนอุตสาหกรรมและเพิ่มขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขัน
ขอบเขตงานหลักประกอบด้วย การศึกษา วิเคราะห์ และออกแบบระบบเว็บแอปพลิเคชันสองภาษา (ไทย/อังกฤษ) ที่แสดงผลแบบ Responsive บนอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ การออกแบบส่วนหน้า (Front End) และส่วนหลัง (Back End) ใหม่ทั้งหมด พร้อมฟังก์ชันการค้นหาข้อมูลภาพยนตร์ ละคร บุคลากร และบริษัท การจัดหาและติดตั้งระบบ Cloud Server ที่มีสเปคกำหนด การถ่ายโอนข้อมูลทั้งหมดจากเว็บไซต์เดิม การพัฒนาระบบรับสมัครมาตรการส่งเสริมการถ่ายทำภาพยนตร์ การติดตั้งระบบรักษาความปลอดภัย (SSL, Firewall) การจัดทำ Dashboard สรุปข้อมูล และการจัดอบรมผู้ดูแลระบบ พร้อมรับประกันผลงาน 1 ปี
The Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Culture, through the Film and Video Division, intends to hire a contractor for the complete redevelopment of the central database system for Thailand’s film and video industry at https://contentthailand.com. This is due to performance issues with the current WordPress site when handling large volumes of data.
The project aims to develop a database system to support the division’s operations and serve as a comprehensive, efficient government reference and public service platform for the film and video industry. It also seeks to create a continuously functioning website that benefits the industry and enhances economic competitiveness.
The core scope of work includes studying, analyzing, and designing a bilingual (Thai/English) responsive web application for various devices. It involves completely redesigning the Front End and Back End with search functions for films, TV dramas, personnel, and companies. The contractor must procure and configure a Cloud Server with specified specifications, migrate all data from the old website, develop a registration system for film production promotion measures, install security systems (SSL, Firewall), create a summary Dashboard, provide administrator training, and guarantee the work for 1 year.
