โรงพยาบาลค่ายจักรพงษ์ โดยแผนกรังสีกรรม มีความประสงค์จัดหาระบบจัดเก็บและรับส่งข้อมูลภาพทางการแพทย์ (Picture Archiving and Communication System - PACS) พร้อมระบบปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (AI) เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการทำงานและการวินิจฉัยโรคของแพทย์ โครงการนี้มีวงเงินงบประมาณ 1,020,000 บาท
ขอบเขตงานหลักประกอบด้วยการจัดหาและติดตั้งระบบ PACS ครบวงจร ซึ่งรวมถึง: (1) ซอฟต์แวร์ PACS ที่รองรับมาตรฐาน DICOM, การแสดงผลผ่านเว็บเบราว์เซอร์, การทำรายงานวินิจฉัย, และ Zero Footprint Viewer สำหรับอุปกรณ์เคลื่อนที่ (2) ระบบ AI สำหรับคัดกรองโรคจากภาพเอกซเรย์ทรวงอก เช่น วัณโรคและความผิดปกติอื่นๆ (3) ฮาร์ดแวร์สนับสนุน ได้แก่ เซิร์ฟเวอร์ 2 เครื่อง, อุปกรณ์จัดเก็บข้อมูลหลักแบบ SAN Storage, ระบบสำรองข้อมูลแบบ NAS, ระบบปฏิบัติการ VMware, ตู้ RACK มาตรฐาน และเครื่องสำรองไฟฟ้า UPS
ผู้รับจ้างมีหน้าที่จัดส่ง ติดตั้ง ตั้งค่าระบบ เชื่อมต่อกับเครื่องมือทางรังสีและระบบ HIS ของโรงพยาบาลโดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม จัดฝึกอบรมเจ้าหน้าที่เป็นเวลารวมไม่น้อยกว่า 5 วัน และให้บริการซ่อมบำรุงฉุกเฉินตลอด 24 ชั่วโมงตลอดระยะเวลารับประกัน 1 ปี กำหนดส่งมอบงานทั้งหมดภายใน 215 วัน นับจากวันที่ได้รับหนังสือแจ้งให้เริ่มทำงาน
Chakkraphong Camp Hospital is inviting bids for a comprehensive Medical Image Archiving and Communication System (PACS) with an integrated Artificial Intelligence (AI) module for its Radiology Department. The project has a budget of 1,020,000 THB.
The scope of work includes the supply, installation, and integration of a complete PACS solution. This encompasses: (1) PACS software supporting DICOM standards, web-based viewing, diagnostic reporting, and a Zero Footprint Viewer for mobile devices; (2) An AI system for screening chest X-rays for diseases like tuberculosis and other abnormalities; (3) Supporting hardware, including 2 servers, primary SAN storage, NAS backup storage, VMware hypervisor, a standard 42U RACK, and a UPS.
The winning bidder is responsible for delivery, installation, system configuration, integration with existing radiology equipment and the hospital’s HIS at no extra cost, providing at least 5 days of user training, and offering 24/7 emergency maintenance support throughout the 1-year warranty period. The entire project must be delivered within 215 days from the official notice to proceed.
