กระทรวงวัฒนธรรมมีนโยบายจัดงาน “ใต้ร่มพระบารมี 244 ปี กรุงรัตนโกสินทร์” เพื่อเทิดพระเกียรติและน้อมรำลึกในพระมหากรุณาธิคุณของพระบาทสมเด็จพระพุทธยอดฟ้าจุฬาโลกมหาราช และสมเด็จพระบูรพมหากษัตริยาธิราชแห่งราชวงศ์จักรีทุกพระองค์ เนื่องในวาระครบรอบ 244 ปี การสถาปนากรุงรัตนโกสินทร์ นอกจากนี้ยังมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้เด็ก เยาวชน และประชาชนได้เรียนรู้ประวัติศาสตร์ และส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวทางวัฒนธรรม
งานจะจัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 22-26 เมษายน 2569 ใน 2 พื้นที่หลัก ได้แก่ 1) อุทยาน 100 ปี จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย (แนวคิด: รัตนโกสินทร์มีชีวิต – Living Rattanakosin) และ 2) พิพิธภัณฑสถานแห่งชาติ พระนคร (แนวคิด: รัตนโกสินทร์ วังเรืองรอง: Rattanakosin Royal Night)
ขอบเขตงานหลักของผู้รับจ้างประกอบด้วย: 1) จัดทำแผนดำเนินการ (Action Plan) 2) ออกแบบการจัดงานและผังพื้นที่ (Layout & Floor Plan) 3) จัดกิจกรรมหลักในอุทยาน 100 ปี เช่น จุดเฉลิมพระเกียรติ นิทรรศการ Outdoor Multimedia เวทีแสดง และกิจกรรม Workshop 4) จัดกิจกรรม “Rattanakosin Royal Night” ในพิพิธภัณฑสถานแห่งชาติ พระนคร 5) ดูแลการประชาสัมพันธ์ การให้บริการ และความปลอดภัยตลอดงาน
ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องเป็นนิติบุคคลที่มีประสบการณ์ตรงในการจัดงานด้านศิลปวัฒนธรรม มูลค่าผลงานเดิมไม่ต่ำกว่า 5,000,000 บาท พร้อมมีคุณสมบัติทางการเงินตามที่กำหนด
The Ministry of Culture is procuring services to organize the event “Under the Royal Patronage: The 244th Anniversary of the Foundation of Rattanakosin” to honor and commemorate the royal grace of King Buddha Yodfa Chulaloke the Great and all past monarchs of the Chakri Dynasty, on the occasion of the 244th anniversary of the foundation of Rattanakosin. The event also aims to promote historical learning and cultural tourism.
The event will be held from April 22-26, 2029, across two main venues: 1) Chulalongkorn University Centenary Park (Concept: Living Rattanakosin) and 2) The National Museum, Bangkok (Concept: Rattanakosin Royal Night).
The contractor’s primary scope of work includes: 1) Developing an Action Plan, 2) Designing the event layout and floor plans, 3) Organizing main activities at the Centenary Park, such as a royal tribute point, an outdoor multimedia exhibition, a performance stage, and workshops, 4) Organizing the “Rattanakosin Royal Night” event at The National Museum, and 5) Managing publicity, services, and security throughout the event.
Bidders must be legal entities with direct experience in organizing cultural arts events, with a previous contract value of at least 5,000,000 THB, and meet specified financial qualifications.
