องค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี ในฐานะเจ้าภาพหลัก ประกาศจ้างเหมาบริการจัดพิธีเปิดและปิดการแข่งขันกีฬาเยาวชนแห่งชาติ ครั้งที่ 41 “สุราษฎร์ธานีเกมส์” พ.ศ. 2569 งานนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดพิธีการที่ยิ่งใหญ่ตระการตา สมเกียรติกับงานระดับชาติ และส่งเสริมภาพลักษณ์ของจังหวัดในฐานะเจ้าภาพที่ดี โดยสอดคล้องกับนโยบายส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวและการกีฬาขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น รวมถึงแผนพัฒนาการกีฬาแห่งชาติ
ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการจัดการทุกด้านสำหรับทั้งสองพิธี เริ่มตั้งแต่ขั้นตอนการวางแผน ออกแบบแนวคิดและรูปแบบการแสดง จนถึงขั้นตอนการดำเนินงานจริง ซึ่งรวมถึงการออกแบบและจัดทำโครงสร้างเวทีและอุปกรณ์ตกแต่ง การผลิตสื่อและอุปกรณ์ประกอบพิธี (เช่น ไฟล์สื่อ, ป้าย, ธง) การจัดการแสดงศิลปวัฒนธรรม การประสานงานและฝึกซ้อมกับคณะผู้แสดงและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง การจัดเตรียมและควบคุมระบบเสียง แสง สี และเทคนิคพิเศษ รวมถึงระบบความปลอดภัย การดูแลงานในวันพิธี และการรื้อถอนโครงสร้างหลังงานเสร็จสิ้น โดยผู้รับจ้างจะต้องรับผิดชอบงานทั้งหมดแบบครบวงจรเพื่อให้พิธีเปิดและปิดดำเนินไปด้วยความเรียบร้อย สมบูรณ์ และสร้างความประทับใจ
The Surat Thani Provincial Administrative Organization, as the main host, is hiring a contractor for the opening and closing ceremonies of the 41st National Youth Games “Surat Thani Games” 2026. This project aims to organize grand and prestigious ceremonies worthy of a national-level event and to promote the province’s image as a good host, aligning with the local government’s policies on tourism and sports promotion as well as the National Sports Development Plan.
The scope of work encompasses all aspects of managing both ceremonies, from the planning and conceptual design of performances to the actual execution. This includes designing and constructing stage structures and decorative elements, producing media and ceremonial items (e.g., media files, signs, flags), managing cultural performances, coordinating and rehearsing with performers and relevant agencies, preparing and operating sound, lighting, pyrotechnics, and special effects systems, as well as security systems, on-site management during the ceremonies, and post-event dismantling. The contractor will be responsible for providing a turnkey service to ensure the ceremonies proceed smoothly, successfully, and memorably.
