สำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการศึกษาเอกชน (สช.) ดำเนินโครงการปรับปรุงระบบคอมพิวเตอร์แม่ข่ายหลักเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการประมวลผลและระบบสำรองข้อมูล เนื่องจากระบบเดิมมีอายุการใช้งานนาน ทรัพยากรไม่เพียงพอ และหมดระยะเวลารับประกัน ส่งผลต่อความต่อเนื่องของระบบสารสนเทศสำคัญ เช่น ระบบทะเบียนโรงเรียนเอกชน (REGIS) และระบบยื่นเรื่องออนไลน์ (ORSS)
โครงการนี้มีขอบเขตงานครอบคลุม 1) การจัดหาและติดตั้งระบบคอมพิวเตอร์แม่ข่ายหลักแบบ Hyper Converged Infrastructure (HCI) พร้อมคุณลักษณะเฉพาะทางเทคนิคที่กำหนด จำนวน 4 หน่วย และอุปกรณ์กระจายสัญญาณ (L3 Switch) จำนวน 2 หน่วย 2) การจัดหาพื้นที่วางเซิร์ฟเวอร์และอุปกรณ์คอมพิวเตอร์ (Colocation) สำหรับระบบสำรองข้อมูล พร้อมระบบรักษาความปลอดภัยและสัญญาณอินเทอร์เน็ต เป็นระยะเวลาไม่น้อยกว่า 2 ปี 3) การดำเนินงานติดตั้งระบบใหม่ในตู้ Rack ของ สช. รวมถึงการย้ายระบบและข้อมูลจากเซิร์ฟเวอร์เดิมและ Cloud Server มายังระบบใหม่ 4) การทดสอบระบบ การฝึกอบรมผู้ดูแลระบบ การจัดส่งเอกสารประกอบและคู่มือการใช้งานที่ครบถ้วน
ผู้รับจ้างมีหน้าที่รับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายทั้งหมด ตั้งแต่ค่าขนส่ง ติดตั้ง ภาษี รวมถึงการดูแลรับประกันระบบแบบ On-site Support เป็นเวลาไม่น้อยกว่า 1 ปี พร้อมบริการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหาด่วนภายใน 24 ชั่วโมง โครงการกำหนดระยะเวลาดำเนินการรวมทั้งสิ้น 150 วัน นับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา
The Office of the Private Education Commission (OPEC) is undertaking a project to upgrade its core server system to enhance data processing efficiency and backup systems. This is due to the existing servers being over 7 years old, having insufficient resources for future expansion, and being out of warranty, which risks the continuity of critical information systems like the private school registration system (REGIS) and online request system (ORSS).
The project’s scope includes: 1) Procurement and installation of a new Hyper Converged Infrastructure (HCI) server system with specified technical specifications (4 units) and L3 Switches (2 units). 2) Provision of Colocation space for the backup system, including security and internet connectivity, for a minimum period of 2 years. 3) Installation of the new system into OPEC’s existing server racks, including migration of data and systems from the old servers and Cloud Server to the new infrastructure. 4) System testing, administrator training, and delivery of complete documentation and user manuals.
The contractor is responsible for all associated costs, including delivery, installation, taxes, and must provide on-site warranty support for at least 1 year, along with preventive maintenance and a 24-hour problem resolution service. The total project duration is 150 days from the contract signing date.
