สถาบันเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าเจ้าคุณทหารลาดกระบัง ดำเนินการประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) เพื่อจ้างเช่าใช้ลิขสิทธิ์โปรแกรม Microsoft 365 Education เป็นระยะเวลา 1 ปี โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อเสริมสร้างทักษะด้านดิจิทัลให้แก่นักศึกษา อาจารย์ และบุคลากรของสถาบัน ให้สามารถใช้งานซอฟต์แวร์มาตรฐานสากลได้อย่างถูกต้องตามลิขสิทธิ์และคล่องแคล่ว รองรับความต้องการของประเทศและอุตสาหกรรมใหม่ (New S-curve)
ขอบเขตงานหลักประกอบด้วยการจัดหาสิทธิใช้งาน (License) ซอฟต์แวร์ Microsoft 365 Education รุ่น A3 จำนวนไม่น้อยกว่า 1,200 License, รุ่น A5 จำนวนไม่น้อยกว่า 1 License, และ Microsoft 365 Copilot จำนวนไม่น้อยกว่า 5 License พร้อมด้วยสิทธิใช้งานผลิตภัณฑ์เสริมอื่นๆ เช่น Windows Server, Power BI Pro, Power Automate Premium และพื้นที่เก็บข้อมูล 10TB ผู้รับจ้างต้องดำเนินการส่งมอบสิทธิการใช้งานภายใน 30 วัน นับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา และให้บริการสนับสนุนหลังการขาย การอบรมการใช้เครื่องมือ (โดยวิทยากรที่ผ่านการรับรองจาก Microsoft) และความช่วยเหลือทางเทคนิคตลอดอายุสัญญา 1 ปี วงเงินงบประมาณสำหรับโครงการนี้คือ 3,200,000 บาท (รวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มแล้ว)
King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang (KMITL) is conducting an electronic bidding (e-bidding) for a one-year rental of Microsoft 365 Education software licenses. The primary objective is to enhance digital skills for students, faculty, and staff, ensuring they have access to and can proficiently use licensed software to meet national and new S-curve industry demands.
The core scope of work involves procuring software licenses, including a minimum of 1,200 Microsoft 365 A3 licenses, 1 A5 license, 5 Microsoft 365 Copilot licenses, along with additional product licenses like Windows Server, Power BI Pro, Power Automate Premium, and 10TB of storage. The winning bidder must deliver the licenses within 30 days of contract signing and provide comprehensive post-sale support, user training (by Microsoft-certified trainers), and technical assistance throughout the one-year contract period. The project budget is 3,200,000 THB (inclusive of VAT).
