กรุงเทพมหานคร โดยสำนักยุทธศาสตร์และประเมินผล มีความประสงค์จ้างบริการบำรุงรักษาระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ของศูนย์ข้อมูลด้านเศรษฐกิจการคลังและส่งเสริมการลงทุนในเขตพื้นที่กรุงเทพมหานคร ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2569 โดยมีราคากลาง 1,279,583.34 บาท โครงการนี้มุ่งมั่นรักษาการทำงานของศูนย์ข้อมูลซึ่งเป็นเครื่องมือสำคัญในการรวบรวม วิเคราะห์ และเผยแพร่ข้อมูลเศรษฐกิจของกรุงเทพฯ ให้แก่นักลงทุนและประชาชน
ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการบำรุงรักษาระบบคลังข้อมูล (Data Warehouse) หรือระบบให้บริการข้อมูลผ่านเว็บไซต์ที่ใช้ซอต์ฟแวร์ SAS Enterprise Business Intelligence หรือซอฟต์แวร์วิเคราะห์สถิติอื่นๆ ที่คล้ายคลึงกัน ผู้รับจ้างต้องรับผิดชอบในการบำรุงรักษาระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ ระบบโปรแกรม เว็บไซต์ และเครือข่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้บริการได้อย่างต่อเนื่องและมีประสิทธิภาพตลอดระยะเวลาสัญญา นอกจากนี้ยังรวมถึงการให้คำปรึกษาและสนับสนุนเจ้าหน้าที่กรุงเทพมหานครในการนำเข้าข้อมูลและการสร้างรายงานจากระบบ ตลอดจนการจัดทำเอกสารรายงานการบำรุงรักษาและการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพระบบอย่างละเอียดครบถ้วนตามที่กำหนด
The Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA), through the Bureau of Strategy and Evaluation, intends to hire a contractor for the maintenance of the computer system at the “Fiscal and Investment Promotion Economic Data Center in the Bangkok Metropolitan Area” for the fiscal year 2025, with a median project price of 1,279,583.34 THB. This project aims to ensure the continuous, modern, and efficient operation of the Data Center, which serves as a crucial tool for collecting, analyzing, and disseminating Bangkok’s economic data to investors and the public.
The scope of work involves the maintenance of a Data Warehouse or web-based data service system utilizing SAS Enterprise Business Intelligence software or other similar statistical analysis software. The contractor is responsible for maintaining the related computer systems, software, websites, and networks to ensure uninterrupted and effective service throughout the contract period. Additionally, the work includes providing consultation and support to BMA staff on data entry and report generation from the system, as well as delivering detailed maintenance reports and system optimization documentation as specified.
