สำนักงานปลัดกระทรวงยุติธรรมมีโครงการจ้างเหมาบำรุงรักษาโครงสร้างพื้นฐานด้านไอทีเป็นประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2569 ด้วยวิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) มีราคากลาง 16,767,800 บาท โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อดูแลรักษาระบบหลักสี่ส่วนของกระทรวง ได้แก่ 1) เครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์แม่ข่ายและอุปกรณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องภายในศูนย์ข้อมูล (Data Center) 2) ระบบสำรองและการกู้คืนข้อมูล 3) ระบบเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ลูกข่ายแบบเสมือน (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure) ของสำนักงานปลัดกระทรวงยุติธรรม และ 4) การจัดหาลิขสิทธิ์ระบบจัดเก็บข้อมูลการจราจรทางคอมพิวเตอร์ โดยมีเป้าหมายให้ระบบทั้งหมดสามารถให้บริการได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง มีประสิทธิภาพ และพร้อมใช้งานสูงสุด
ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการบำรุงรักษาเชิงรุกและเชิงรับ การเฝ้าระวังการทำงานของระบบ การแก้ไขปัญหาและซ่อมแซม รวมถึงการต่ออายุการรับประกันและลิขสิทธิ์จากเจ้าของผลิตภัณฑ์ โดยผู้รับจ้างต้องมีทีมงานพร้อมรับแจ้งเหตุได้ทันทีในเวลาราชการ และมีกำหนดเวลาดำเนินงานทั้งโครงการไม่เกิน 365 วัน นับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา การจ่ายเงินแบ่งออกเป็น 4 งวด งวดละ 25% ตามผลการตรวจรับงานในแต่ละระยะ
The Permanent Secretary Office of the Ministry of Justice is announcing an e-bidding project for the annual maintenance of its information and communication technology (ICT) infrastructure for fiscal year 2569 (2026), with an estimated budget of 16,767,800 THB. The project aims to ensure the continuous and efficient operation of four key systems: 1) The Ministry’s main server computers and related equipment within the Data Center, 2) The data backup and recovery system, 3) The Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) system for the Office of the Permanent Secretary, and 4) The procurement of software licenses for the computer traffic data retention system.
The scope of work involves proactive and corrective maintenance, system monitoring, troubleshooting, repair, and the renewal of manufacturer warranties and licenses. The contractor must maintain a dedicated support contact point accessible during official hours. The total project duration must not exceed 365 days from the contract signing date. Payment will be made in four installments of 25% each, upon completion and acceptance of each project phase.
