โครงการ “งานติดตั้งระบบประชุม Online สำหรับฝ่ายบริหารจัดเก็บเงินค่าธรรมเนียม” จัดทำโดยกองทางหลวงพิเศษระหว่างเมือง กรมทางหลวง มีเป้าหมายหลักเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาการประชุมภายในหน่วยงานซึ่งเดิมต้องใช้เวลาและค่าใช้จ่ายในการเดินทางสูง เนื่องจากบุคลากรจากด่านต่างๆ ต้องเดินทางมารวมกันที่สำนักงานใหญ่ โดยห้องประชุมเดิมยังขาดระบบโสตทัศนูปกรณ์ที่เหมาะสม
ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการจัดหาพร้อมติดตั้งวัสดุ อุปกรณ์ และเครื่องมือสำหรับระบบโสตทัศนูปกรณ์และระบบประชุม Online ครบถ้วน ณ ห้องประชุมของด่านเก็บเงินค่าธรรมเนียมทั้ง 16 แห่ง ตามรายการที่ระบุในภาคผนวก พร้อมทั้งการสำรวจพื้นที่ ออกแบบ ติดตั้ง ทดสอบระบบให้เชื่อมโยงและทำงานได้เต็มประสิทธิภาพ รวมถึงการให้คำแนะนำการใช้งาน และการบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์ตลอดอายุสัญญารับประกัน 2 ปี
โครงการมีงบประมาณราคากลาง 3,100,000 บาท และกำหนดระยะเวลาดำเนินงานให้แล้วเสร็จภายใน 120 วัน นับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา
This project, titled “Installation of Online Meeting System for the Toll Collection Administration Division,” is initiated by the Intercity Motorway Division, Department of Highways. Its primary objective is to address inefficiencies in internal meetings, which previously required significant travel time and expenses for staff from various toll plazas to gather at the headquarters, and the lack of proper audiovisual systems in meeting rooms.
The scope of work involves the complete supply and installation of audiovisual equipment and online meeting systems at the meeting rooms of 16 specified toll plazas along Motorways No. 7 and 9, as detailed in the appendix. This includes site survey, design, installation, comprehensive system integration testing to ensure full functionality, user training, and maintenance of all installed equipment throughout the 2-year warranty period.
The project has an estimated budget of 3,100,000 THB and a required completion period of 120 days from the contract signing date.
