โครงการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อสนองนโยบายของโรงพยาบาลวชิระภูเก็ตในการใช้งานระบบโทรศัพท์ชนิด Analog Phone และเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาการขาดแคลนจุดเชื่อมต่อระบบ LAN โดยต้องมีการนำ Port ของระบบ IP Phone มาใช้ทดแทน อีกทั้งเพื่อให้ระบบโทรศัพท์สามารถสื่อสารและให้บริการได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพครบทุกจุดภายในอาคารอุบัติเหตุฉุกเฉินและโรคหัวใจ 10 ชั้น
ขอบเขตงานหลักประกอบด้วยการติดตั้งระบบโครงสร้างพื้นฐานสำหรับโทรศัพท์อนาล็อกอย่างครบวงจร เริ่มตั้งแต่การเดินสายเคเบิลหลัก (TIYE Cable ขนาด 25 คู่สาย) จากตู้กระจายสายหลักไปยังตู้กระจายสายย่อยระหว่างชั้น การเดินสายโทรศัพท์ภายใน (TIYE Wire ขนาด 2 คู่สาย) จำนวน 122 จุด จากตู้ย่อยไปยังเต้ารับโทรศัพท์ (RJ) การติดตั้งตู้กระจายสายหลัก (Main Distribution Frame - MDF) ขนาดไม่น้อยกว่า 400 คู่ พร้อมอุปกรณ์ป้องกันฟ้าผ่า และตู้กระจายสายย่อย (Telephone Cabinet) ขนาดไม่น้อยกว่า 30 คู่ จำนวน 10 ชุด
นอกจากนี้ยังรวมถึงการติดตั้งอุปกรณ์สนับสนุนระบบ ได้แก่ อุปกรณ์กระจายสัญญาณ Network Switch สำหรับระบบตู้สาขาโทรศัพท์อัตโนมัติจำนวน 2 ชุด ตู้เก็บอุปกรณ์ขนาด 19 นิ้ว (Rack Cabinet) จำนวน 2 ชุด และเครื่องสำรองไฟ (UPS) ขนาด 2000VA/1800W จำนวน 2 ชุด
ส่วนสำคัญอีกส่วนคือการย้ายอุปกรณ์ระบบตู้สาขาโทรศัพท์เดิมจากอาคารอายุรกรรม (294) มาไว้ที่อาคารใหม่ ได้แก่ Call Server iPecs UCP2500, Analog Gateway (4 ชุด) และ SIP Trunk พร้อมติดตั้งและตั้งโปรแกรมการใช้งานให้ครบถ้วนสมบูรณ์ตามมาตรฐานของผู้ผลิต
This procurement project aims to install an analog telephone system within the 10-story Emergency and Cardiac Accident Building at Vachira Phuket Hospital. The primary objectives are to comply with the hospital’s policy mandating analog phone use and to address the shortage of LAN connection points, which necessitates using IP Phone ports as substitutes, ensuring efficient and comprehensive telecommunication services throughout the building.
The core scope of work involves a complete installation of analog telephone infrastructure. This includes pulling main telephone cables (25-pair TIYE Cable) from the Main Distribution Frame (MDF) to subsidiary telephone cabinets across floors, installing internal telephone wires (2-pair TIYE Wire) for 122 outlets from the cabinets to RJ telephone jacks, and installing one 400-pair MDF with lightning arrestors and ten 30-pair Telephone Cabinets.
The project also covers the installation of supporting equipment: two Network Switches for the automatic telephone exchange system, two 19-inch Rack Cabinets, and two 2000VA/1800W Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS).
A critical component is the relocation and reinstallation of the existing telephone exchange equipment from the Medical Building (294) to the new building. This includes moving and setting up one Call Server iPecs UCP2500, four Analog Gateways (128 lines), and one SIP Trunk, followed by comprehensive programming and integration to ensure full system functionality according to the manufacturer’s standards.
