รายละเอียดการจ้าง
โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อจ้างบริการบำรุงรักษาอย่างครอบคลุมสำหรับระบบโครงสร้างพื้นฐานด้านสายสัญญาณ ระบบไฟฟ้า และระบบโสตทัศนูปกรณ์ภายในอาคารรัฐสภาและอาคารประกอบ เนื่องจากโครงการติดตั้งเดิมสิ้นสุดระยะเวลารับประกันแล้ว และมีการเพิ่มระบบบริหารจัดการสาธารณูปโภค (Facility Management System) ที่เชื่อมต่อกับระบบบริหารจัดการอาคาร (BMS) ซึ่งต้องการการบำรุงรักษาเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ

ผู้รับจ้างต้องดำเนินการตรวจสอบ ติดตั้ง เคลื่อนย้าย รื้อถอน ปรับแต่ง ปรับเปลี่ยน และซ่อมแซมอุปกรณ์ทั้งหมดตามภาคผนวก เพื่อให้ระบบสามารถใช้งานได้เต็มประสิทธิภาพและเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานความปลอดภัย
This project aims to hire comprehensive maintenance services for the signal cable infrastructure, electrical systems, and audiovisual equipment within the Parliament House and its auxiliary buildings. The initial installation project’s warranty period has expired, and a new Facility Management System (FMS) integrated with the Building Management System (BMS) requires maintenance for optimal performance.
The scope of work includes both preventive and corrective maintenance for four main categories: (1) Communication network cabling and electrical systems, covering low-voltage power, Fire Command Center panels, 120 kVA UPS, rack power distribution, Data Center grounding, Fan Coil Units/Air Handling Units, and related piping work. (2) Cabling and electrical work for audiovisual systems in all key meeting rooms, including the House of Representatives and Senate chambers, State Ceremony Hall, banquet halls, and committees of all sizes. (3) Cabling for communication network systems, and (4) Cabling for general building works.
The contractor is responsible for inspecting, installing, relocating, dismantling, adjusting, modifying, and repairing all equipment as per the appendix to ensure full operational efficiency and compliance with safety standards.
