การท่าเรือแห่งประเทศไทย (กทท.) เปิดประกวดราคาจ้างเหมาบำรุงรักษาระบบบูรณาการสารสนเทศเพื่อผู้บริหารในการตัดสินใจ (EDW) สำหรับปีงบประมาณ 2569 งานนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้ระบบสามารถดำเนินงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและเหมาะสมกับสถานการณ์ปัจจุบัน
ขอบเขตงานหลักแบ่งเป็น 2 ส่วนใหญ่ๆ: 1) ด้านเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์แม่ข่ายและอุปกรณ์ ประกอบด้วยการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance) เช่น ตรวจสอบประสิทธิภาพ ทุกสิ้นเดือน, การซ่อมแซมแก้ไข (Corrective Maintenance) ที่มีเวลาตอบสนองเคร่งครัด (4-6 ชั่วโมง), และงานอื่นๆ เช่น การสำรองข้อมูลและการอัพเกรด 2) ด้านระบบซอฟต์แวร์บูรณาการสารสนเทศ (Enterprise Data Warehouse) ซึ่งรวมระบบงานย่อยต่างๆ อาทิ ระบบคลังข้อมูล (Data Warehouse), ระบบบริหารและนำเสนอข้อมูล (Business Intelligence), ระบบบริหารการประชุม, ระบบสืบค้นสารสนเทศองค์กร และระบบนำเข้าข้อมูลผู้ประกอบการท่าเรือแหลมฉบัง (TLC Data Input System) งานนี้ยังรวมถึงการพัฒนารายงานหรือโปรแกรมเพิ่มเติมไม่เกิน 60 Man-day ตลอดสัญญา
สัญญามีระยะเวลา 6 เดือน ตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 เมษายน ถึง 30 กันยายน 2569 โดยผู้รับจ้างต้องให้บริการตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง และมีข้อกำหนดด้านเวลาในการตอบสนองและค่าปรับที่ชัดเจน ผู้เสนอราคาต้องมีคุณสมบัติเฉพาะด้าน เช่น ประสบการณ์พัฒนาหรือบำรุงรักษาระบบสารสนเทศที่เกี่ยวข้องกับท่าเรือ และมีบุคลากรเชี่ยวชาญในเทคโนโลยี SAP BusinessObjects, ฐานข้อมูล Sybase, และกระบวนการ ETL
The Port Authority of Thailand (PAT) is inviting bids for the maintenance contract of its Executive Decision Support Integrated Information System (EDW) for the fiscal year 2026. The project aims to ensure the system operates efficiently and is adapted to current needs.
The scope of work is divided into two main areas: 1) Server and Equipment Maintenance, which includes monthly preventive maintenance (performance checks, cleaning), corrective maintenance with strict response times (4-6 hours for repairs), and other tasks like data backup and upgrades. 2) Enterprise Data Warehouse System Maintenance, covering several subsystems: Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence, Meeting Management System, Corporate Search Engine System, and the Laem Chabang Port Terminal Operator Data Input System (TLC). The contract also allows for additional report or program development up to 60 man-days.
The contract duration is 6 months, from April 1 to September 30, 2026, requiring 24/7 support with clear service level agreements and penalty clauses. Bidders must meet specific qualifications, including relevant experience in port-related IT system development/maintenance and having experts proficient in SAP BusinessObjects, Sybase databases, and ETL processes.
