สำนักงานพัฒนาธุรกรรมทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (สพธอ.) โดยศูนย์บริการวิชาการธุรกรรมทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (ADTE by ETDA) เปิดประกวดราคาจ้างโครงการฝึกอบรมหลักสูตรผู้บริหารระดับสูง “FuEx 2: Future Readiness for Executive Networks รุ่นที่ ๒” โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเสริมสร้างผู้บริหารให้มีความพร้อมในการขับเคลื่อนองค์กรในยุคดิจิทัล ผ่านการพัฒนากลยุทธ์เชิงรุกด้านดิจิทัลและการบริหารความเสี่ยงเชิงเทคโนโลยีอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ตลอดจนสร้างเครือข่ายผู้นำระดับประเทศ
ขอบเขตงานหลักประกอบด้วย 7 ส่วนสำคัญ: (1) การจัดทำแผนการดำเนินโครงการโดยละเอียด (2) การจัดกิจกรรมงานปฐมนิเทศ 1 วัน (3) การจัดกิจกรรมอบรมหลักสูตรผู้บริหารด้านวิชาการ 2 วัน โดยมีเนื้อหาเกี่ยวกับการขับเคลื่อนกลยุทธ์ดิจิทัล บูรณาการเทคโนโลยีขั้นสูง Digital Trust & AI Governance และ Strategic Foresight (4) การจัดกิจกรรมอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ (Workshop) 2 วัน เน้นการใช้เครื่องมือ Foresight, Quick Wins และการวางแผน Digital Transformation Roadmap (5) การจัดกิจกรรมประเมินองค์กรและให้คำปรึกษาแบบเฉพาะเจาะจงสำหรับองค์กรที่เข้าร่วม (สูงสุด 25 องค์กร) (6) การจัดกิจกรรมสรุปภาพรวมความสำเร็จของโครงการ พร้อมมอบประกาศนียบัตร โล่ หนังสือรุ่น และของที่ระลึก และ (7) การจัดทำรายงานสรุปผลการดำเนินงานทั้งโครงการ
ผู้รับจ้างมีหน้าที่ออกแบบเนื้อหา จัดหาวิทยากรและสถานที่ เตรียมสื่อการสอน จัดการ logistics การประสานงานผู้เข้าร่วม บันทึกภาพและวีดิโอ ตลอดจนส่งมอบรายงานและองค์ความรู้ทั้งหมดเป็นลิขสิทธิ์ของ สพธอ. กำหนดส่งมอบงานเป็น 3 งวด และต้องดำเนินการให้แล้วเสร็จภายในวันที่ 31 สิงหาคม 2569 วงเงินงบประมาณ 3,500,000 บาท
The Electronic Transactions Development Agency (ETDA) is seeking a contractor to execute the “FuEx 2: Future Readiness for Executive Networks, Batch 2” training project. The objective is to enhance the capabilities of senior executives from both public and private sectors in proactive digital strategy formulation and effective technology risk management, while building a national leadership network to elevate Thailand’s digital competitiveness.
The core scope of work includes seven key components: (1) Developing a detailed project implementation plan. (2) Organizing a 1-day project orientation event. (3) Conducting a 2-day executive academic training course covering digital strategy driving, advanced technology integration, Digital Trust & AI Governance, and Strategic Foresight. (4) Facilitating a 2-day hands-on workshop focusing on Foresight tools, Quick Wins, and Digital Transformation Roadmap planning. (5) Conducting organizational assessments and providing tailored advisory services for participating organizations (maximum 25 organizations). (6) Organizing a project closing ceremony to summarize achievements and present certificates, trophies, yearbooks, and souvenirs. (7) Preparing a comprehensive final project report.
The contractor is responsible for content design, sourcing trainers and venues, preparing training materials, managing logistics and participant coordination, photo/video documentation, and delivering all reports and intellectual property to ETDA. Deliverables are split into 3 phases, with all work to be completed by August 31, 2026. The project budget is 3,500,000 THB.
