โครงการจ้างบำรุงรักษาระบบอุปกรณ์ตรวจจับและเฝ้าระวังเครือข่าย (Intrusion Prevention System: IPS) ของสำนักงานปลัดกระทรวงทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อม มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อรักษาสภาพการทำงานและประสิทธิภาพของระบบรักษาความปลอดภัยไซเบอร์ที่มีอยู่ให้สามารถตรวจสอบ วิเคราะห์ และป้องกันการโจมตีทางเครือข่ายได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง เนื่องจากการรับประกันเดิมจะสิ้นสุดลงในปีงบประมาณ 2568
ขอบเขตของงานหลักประกอบด้วย การบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance: PM) เป็นประจำทุก 30 วัน (รวม 8 ครั้ง) สำหรับอุปกรณ์ IPS (McAfee Network IPS Appliances NS7150) และคอมพิวเตอร์แม่ข่าย (Lenovo Think System SR250) โดยต้องตรวจสอบสถานะการทำงาน ทำความสะอาด ตรวจสอบ error report ปรับปรุง policy และจัดทำรายงานสรุปผล นอกจากนี้ งานยังรวมถึงการให้บริการซ่อมบำรุงแก้ไขปัญหา (Corrective Maintenance: CM) เมื่อเกิดเหตุขัดข้อง โดยมีเงื่อนไขเวลาแก้ไขปัญหาด้านซอฟต์แวร์ภายใน 24 ชั่วโมง และด้านฮาร์ดแวร์ภายใน 5 วัน รวมถึงการจัดหาอะไหล่หรืออุปกรณ์ทดแทนกรณีจำเป็น ผู้รับจ้างต้องจัดทำแผนงานและดำเนินการต่ออายุลิขสิทธิ์ (License) ของซอฟต์แวร์ให้ใช้งานได้ตลอดสัญญา พร้อมให้บริการศูนย์รับแจ้งปัญหาและคำปรึกษาในวันและเวลาทำการ
โครงการมีระยะเวลาดำเนินงานทั้งสิ้น 253 วัน ตั้งแต่วันที่ 23 เมษายน 2569 ถึง 31 ธันวาคม 2569
This project aims to hire a contractor for the maintenance of the network intrusion detection and surveillance system (IPS) of the Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment. The primary objective is to maintain the operational condition and effectiveness of the existing cybersecurity system to continuously monitor, analyze, and prevent network attacks, as the original warranty will expire in the 2025 fiscal year.
The main scope of work includes scheduled Preventive Maintenance (PM) every 30 days (totaling 8 sessions) for the IPS equipment (McAfee Network IPS Appliances NS7150) and server (Lenovo Think System SR250). Tasks involve checking operational status, cleaning, reviewing error reports, updating policies, and preparing summary reports. Additionally, the work encompasses Corrective Maintenance (CM) services to address malfunctions, with response time requirements of 24 hours for software issues and 5 days for hardware issues, including provisions for spare parts or temporary replacements if needed. The contractor must develop a work plan and renew software licenses for the duration of the contract, while also providing a help desk for reporting issues and consultation during business hours.
The project duration is 253 days, from April 23, 2026, to December 31, 2026.
