กรมการพัฒนาชุมชนเปิดประมูลโครงการบำรุงรักษาการบริหารจัดการและป้องกันการเข้าถึงระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ด้วยวิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อปรับปรุงและพัฒนาระบบ DNS Server ให้มีประสิทธิภาพ ความพร้อมใช้งานสูง (High Availability) และมีเสถียรภาพ พร้อมทั้งยกระดับความมั่นคงปลอดภัยของระบบสารสนเทศและบริการดิจิทัลของกรม
ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมถึงการสำรวจและจัดทำแผนภาพเชิงกายภาพ (Physical Diagram) ของระบบ DNS ที่เชื่อมต่อกับระบบอื่น ณ ศูนย์ควบคุมระบบคอมพิวเตอร์, ออกแบบและติดตั้งระบบ DNS จำนวนไม่น้อยกว่า 4 ระบบ (Public 2 เครื่อง และ Private 2 เครื่อง) สำหรับการทำงานแบบ High Availability, กำหนดค่าปฏิบัติการและซอฟต์แวร์ให้สอดคล้องกับมาตรฐานความปลอดภัย, จัดทำ Internal DNS Zone และตั้งค่า Forwarding DNS ตลอดจนจัดทำแผนการดำเนินงาน แผนปฏิบัติงาน และแผนบริหารความเสี่ยงที่ต้องได้รับความเห็นชอบจากกรมภายใน 15 วัน
ผู้รับจ้างมีหน้าที่บำรุงรักษาระบบอย่างเป็นระบบและยั่งยืน รวมถึงป้องกันการโจมตีหรือการเข้าถึงโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต เพื่อให้บริการสามารถทำงานได้ต่อเนื่องตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง ระยะเวลาดำเนินโครงการกำหนดให้แล้วเสร็จไม่เกิน 365 วัน นับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา
The Community Development Department (CDD) is inviting bids for the “Project for Maintenance, Management, and Prevention of Unauthorized Access to Information Technology Systems” via electronic bidding (e-bidding). The primary objectives are to improve and develop the DNS Server management system for high availability and stability, establish a systematic and sustainable maintenance and backup system, and enhance the cybersecurity and reliability of the department’s digital services.
The scope of work includes surveying and creating a physical diagram of the DNS system connections at the computer control center, designing and installing a minimum of 4 DNS systems (2 Public and 2 Private) for high availability, configuring the operating system and DNS software to meet security standards, creating an Internal DNS Zone and setting up Forwarding DNS, as well as developing and obtaining approval for project implementation, operational, and risk management plans within 15 days.
The contractor is responsible for systematic maintenance and safeguarding the system against attacks or unauthorized access to ensure 24/7 service continuity. The project duration must not exceed 365 days from the contract signing date. The approved budget is 1,070,000 THB.
