สำนักงานศาลยุติธรรมมีแผนพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานของกองทุนยุติธรรม โดยโครงการนี้มุ่งจัดทำและพัฒนาระบบงานหลัก 3 ระบบ ได้แก่ 1) ระบบบริการกองทุนยุติธรรม (Justice Fund Service: JFS) สำหรับบริหารจัดการขั้นตอนการขอรับและให้ความช่วยเหลือเชิงลึก 2) ระบบพอร์ทัลกองทุนยุติธรรม (Justice Fund Portal: JFP) ซึ่งเป็นช่องทางออนไลน์สำหรับประชาชนในการยื่นคำขอและติดตามสถานะ และ 3) ระบบควบคุมกองทุนยุติธรรม (Justice Fund Control: JFC) สำหรับการบริหารจัดการกองทุน การตรวจสอบ และรายงานภายใน
ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมทุกขั้นตอนของการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศ เริ่มตั้งแต่การวิเคราะห์และออกแบบรายละเอียดตามความต้องการของผู้ใช้งาน การพัฒนาระบบทั้งส่วนหน้าบ้าน (Front-end) และส่วนหลังบ้าน (Back-end) การเชื่อมต่อกับระบบภายนอก เช่น ระบบ e-GP และฐานข้อมูลกรมบัญชีกลาง การทดสอบระบบอย่างครอบคลุม รวมถึงการจัดฝึกอบรมผู้ใช้งานและทีมซ่อมบำรุง ตลอดจนการสนับสนุนทางเทคนิคหลังการติดตั้งระบบ (Warranty) เป็นระยะเวลา 1 ปี
โครงการนี้เน้นการพัฒนาระบบที่ทันสมัย มีความปลอดภัยสูง รองรับการทำงานแบบอิเล็กทรอนิกส์และไร้กระดาษ (E-Document & Paperless) อย่างเต็มรูปแบบ สามารถรองรับภาระงานและจำนวนผู้ใช้งานที่เพิ่มขึ้นได้ในอนาคต โดยมีเป้าหมายสูงสุดเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ การเข้าถึงบริการ และความโปร่งใสในการดำเนินงานของกองทุนยุติธรรม
The Office of the Judiciary plans to develop an information system to support the operations of the Justice Fund. This project aims to create and develop three main systems: 1) Justice Fund Service (JFS) for managing the procedures of requesting and providing in-depth assistance, 2) Justice Fund Portal (JFP), an online channel for the public to submit requests and track status, and 3) Justice Fund Control (JFC) for internal fund management, auditing, and reporting.
The scope of work covers all stages of information system development. This includes detailed analysis and design based on user requirements, development of both front-end and back-end systems, integration with external systems such as e-GP and the Comptroller General’s Department database, comprehensive system testing, user and maintenance team training, as well as post-installation technical support (Warranty) for a period of 1 year.
The project emphasizes the development of a modern, highly secure system that fully supports electronic and paperless (E-Document & Paperless) operations. It must be capable of handling increased workloads and user numbers in the future. The ultimate goal is to enhance the efficiency, accessibility, and transparency of the Justice Fund’s operations.
