สำนักงานส่งเสริมการจัดประชุมและนิทรรศการ (องค์การมหาชน) หรือ สสปน. มีโครงการพัฒนาต่อยอดระบบศูนย์กลางข้อมูลอัจฉริยะสำหรับอุตสาหกรรมไมซ์ (MICE Intelligence and Research Center Portal) ด้วยวงเงินงบประมาณ 4,300,000 บาท โครงการนี้มุ่งเสริมสร้างขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันของอุตสาหกรรมไทยผ่านการสร้างระบบนิเวศข้อมูล (Data Ecosystem) ที่แข็งแกร่ง และส่งเสริมวัฒนธรรมองค์กรที่ขับเคลื่อนด้วยข้อมูล (Data-driven Organization)
ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการพัฒนาและปรับปรุงระบบหลัก 2 ส่วน ได้แก่ 1) MICE Data Platform (Datahub) โดยการออกแบบ UX/UI ใหม่ให้ทันสมัยและใช้งานง่าย พัฒนา Widget แสดงข้อมูลสำคัญ (Key Highlight Widgets) และปรับปรุงระบบนำทางและค้นหา 2) MICE Intelligence Center โดยการพัฒนาเครื่องมือประเมินตนเอง (Self-Evaluation Tool) ตามโมเดลเมืองสร้างสรรค์ของ UNESCO (UCCN Co-creative City Model) ซึ่งบูรณาการการประเมินผลกระทบทางเศรษฐกิจและสังคม และการพัฒนาระบบสรุปและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลอัตโนมัติด้วย Generative AI
นอกจากนี้ งานยังรวมถึงการจัดทำแผนโครงการ การทดสอบระบบ การฝึกอบรมผู้ใช้ การจัดทำคู่มือ และการดูแลบำรุงรักษาระบบเป็นเวลา 1 ปี หลังการส่งมอบ โดยต้องปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานความมั่นคงปลอดภัยสารสนเทศ ISO/IEC 27001 และกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างเคร่งครัด
The Thailand Convention & Exhibition Bureau (TCEB) is launching a project to enhance and develop the MICE Intelligence and Research Center Portal with a budget of 4,300,000 THB. This project aims to strengthen the competitiveness of Thailand’s MICE industry by building a robust data ecosystem and promoting a data-driven organizational culture.
The scope of work involves the development and improvement of two main systems: 1) The MICE Data Platform (Datahub), including a modern UX/UI redesign, development of Key Highlight Widgets for data visualization, and enhancement of navigation and search functionalities. 2) The MICE Intelligence Center, featuring the development of a Self-Evaluation Tool based on the UNESCO UCCN Co-creative City Model, integrating economic and social impact assessments, and creating an AI-powered summary system using Generative AI technology.
Additional tasks include project planning, system testing, user training, manual preparation, and a 1-year post-delivery maintenance period. All development must comply with ISO/IEC 27001 information security standards and relevant Thai laws.
