สถาบันข้อมูลขนาดใหญ่ (องค์การมหาชน) เปิดการประกวดราคาจ้างเหมาจัดกิจกรรมการประชุมวิชาการระดับนานาชาติด้านการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลขนาดใหญ่และการประยุกต์ใช้ (The 7th International Conference on Big Data Analytics and Practices: IBDAP2026) จำนวน 1 งาน กิจกรรมจะจัดขึ้นเป็นเวลา 3 วัน ระหว่างวันที่ 7-9 สิงหาคม 2569 ณ จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเป็นเวทีแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ด้านการวิจัยและเทคโนโลยีข้อมูลขนาดใหญ่ พัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากรภาครัฐ ภาคการศึกษา และภาคเอกชน ส่งเสริมเครือข่ายความร่วมมือทางวิชาการ และสนับสนุนการใช้ข้อมูลขนาดใหญ่เพื่อการพัฒนาประเทศ
ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมทุกด้านของการจัดงานประชุมวิชาการระดับนานาชาติ โดยผู้รับจ้างมีหน้าที่รับผิดชอบหลักดังนี้ (1) การบริหารโครงการและการวางแผนดำเนินงาน รวมถึงการออกแบบรูปแบบกิจกรรม จัดทำแผนงาน (Gantt chart) จัดหาโรงแรมหรือสถานที่จัดประชุมมาตรฐานเทียบเท่าโรงแรมระดับ 4 ดาวขึ้นไปในจังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี และรับรองค่าใช้จ่ายการเดินทาง (ตั๋วเครื่องบินไป-กลับ กรุงเทพฯ-สุราษฎร์ธานี) ที่พักพร้อมอาหารเช้า และรถตู้สำหรับเจ้าหน้าที่สถาบันฯ จำนวนไม่น้อยกว่า 20 คน (2) การประชาสัมพันธ์กิจกรรมผ่านช่องทางต่างๆ อย่างน้อย 10 ช่องทาง ช่องทางละ 2 ครั้ง (3) การบริหารจัดการกิจกรรมประชุมวิชาการเต็มรูปแบบ ประกอบด้วย การจัดรูปแบบกำหนดการ การสนับสนุนการจัดการประชุมในรูปแบบภาษาอังกฤษ การจัดเตรียมพิธีกร (Moderator) การประสานงานกับคณะทำงาน การจัดเตรียมสถานที่ลงทะเบียน อุปกรณ์สื่อโสตทัศน์ (LCD Projector, ระบบเสียง, อินเทอร์เน็ต) อาหารกลางวันและอาหารว่างสำหรับผู้เข้าร่วมไม่น้อยกว่า 60 คน การออกแบบและติดตั้งฉากหลังเวที (Backdrop) และป้าย X-Stand การจัดเตรียมของที่ระลึก กระเป๋าใส่คอมพิวเตอร์โน้ตบุ๊ค ป้ายชื่อ และเสื้อกิจกรรมประชาสัมพันธ์
งานทั้งหมดต้องส่งมอบภายใน 210 วัน นับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา โดยมีการจ่ายเงินแบ่งเป็น 2 งวด ได้แก่ งวดที่ 1 (40%) หลังจากส่งมอบแผนงานและแบบตัวอย่างต่างๆ ภายใน 120 วัน และงวดที่ 2 (60%) หลังจากส่งมอบงานทั้งหมดและรายงานผลการจัดงานภายใน 210 วัน งบประมาณโครงการอยู่ที่ 1,500,000 บาท (รวม VAT แล้ว)
The Big Data Institute (Public Organization) is inviting bids for a turnkey service contract to organize the 7th International Conference on Big Data Analytics and Practices (IBDAP2026). The conference will be held over 3 days from August 7-9, 2026, in Surat Thani Province. The project aims to serve as a platform for exchanging knowledge on big data research and technology, enhance the capabilities of personnel from the public, education, and private sectors, foster academic collaboration networks, and support the use of big data for national development.
The scope of work is comprehensive, covering all aspects of organizing an international academic conference. The contractor’s primary responsibilities include: (1) Project management and operational planning, including activity design, work plan (Gantt chart) creation, sourcing a 4-star equivalent hotel/venue in Surat Thani, and covering travel expenses (round-trip air tickets Bangkok-Surat Thani), accommodation with breakfast, and a van for at least 20 staff members of the Institute. (2) Publicizing the event through at least 10 different channels, twice per channel. (3) Full-scale conference management, comprising program format design, supporting English-language conference management, providing a moderator, coordinating with the working committee, preparing registration areas, audiovisual equipment (LCD projector, sound system, internet), lunch and refreshments for at least 60 participants, designing and installing a backdrop and X-stand banners, and preparing souvenirs, laptop bags, name tags, and promotional event shirts.
All deliverables must be completed within 210 days from the contract signing date. Payment is split into two installments: the first installment (40%) after submitting work plans and sample designs within 120 days, and the final installment (60%) after delivering all work and the event report within 210 days. The project budget is 1,500,000 THB (VAT included).
