กรมการท่องเที่ยวมีแผนจ้างพัฒนาระบบดิจิทัลเพื่อนําทางท่องเที่ยวอัจฉริยะ ระยะที่ ๒ ด้วยวงเงินประมาณกลาง 54.7 ล้านบาท เพื่อยกระดับระบบการท่องเที่ยวดิจิทัลของประเทศให้เป็นแพลตฟอร์มกลางอัจฉริยะ โครงการนี้มุ่งเน้นการพัฒนา Mobile Application ที่มีประสิทธิภาพและใช้งานได้จริงสำหรับนักท่องเที่ยวทั้งชาวไทยและต่างชาติ
ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการพัฒนาแอปพลิเคชันมือถือที่รองรับระบบปฏิบัติการ iOS (เวอร์ชัน 17 ขึ้นไป) และ Android (เวอร์ชัน 14 ขึ้นไป) โดยต้องมีคุณสมบัติหลัก ได้แก่ ระบบยืนยันตัวตน (Authentication) ผ่าน Facebook, Google หรือหมายเลขโทรศัพท์, ฟังก์ชันค้นหาข้อมูลสถานที่ท่องเที่ยว ร้านอาหาร ที่พัก, การนําทางผ่าน Google Maps, และระบบสร้างแผนการเดินทางอัตโนมัติด้วยเทคโนโลยี AI ที่วิเคราะห์จากพฤติกรรม ประวัติ ความสนใจ และตําแหน่งปัจจุบันของผู้ใช้ เพื่อให้การแนะนําเป็นแบบเฉพาะบุคคล (Personalized Travel Recommendation) นอกจากนี้ยังต้องเชื่อมโยงและแสดงสัญลักษณ์ยืนยันความถูกต้องของข้อมูลจากฐานข้อมูลระยะที่ ๑ เพื่อสร้างความน่าเชื่อถือ และสามารถแสดงสิทธิประโยชน์สําหรับนักท่องเที่ยวได้
ผู้รับจ้างต้องดําเนินการศึกษา วิเคราะห์ ออกแบบ และพัฒนาระบบทั้งหมด โดยต้องเสนอแผนดําเนินงานภายใน 30 วันหลังลงนามสัญญา และดําเนินการให้แล้วเสร็จภายใน 270 วัน
The Department of Tourism is inviting bids for the development of the Intelligent Travel Guide Digital System, Phase 2, with an estimated budget of 54.7 million THB. This project aims to build upon the foundation of Phase 1 to create a central intelligent tourism platform.
The core scope of work involves developing a mobile application for tourists compatible with iOS (version 17+) and Android (version 14+). Key application features must include: user authentication via Facebook, Google, or phone number; search functionality for tourist attractions, restaurants, and accommodations; navigation via Google Maps; and an AI-powered trip planning system (Generate Trip) that provides personalized recommendations based on user behavior, history, interests, and current location. The system must also integrate with and verify data from the Phase 1 database to ensure credibility and display special benefits for tourists.
The contractor is responsible for the complete study, analysis, design, and development of the system. An overall project plan must be submitted within 30 days of contract signing, and the entire project must be completed within 270 days.
