กองระบาดวิทยา กรมควบคุมโรค เปิดเผยประกาศเชิญชวนจ้างเหมาบำรุงรักษาและบริการซอฟต์แวร์สำหรับระบบบริหารจัดการเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์แม่ข่ายแบบ Hyper Converged เพื่อสนับสนุนศูนย์ข้อมูลสำคัญของระบบเฝ้าระวังโรคดิจิทัล (Digital Disease Surveillance: DDS) ระบบนี้ทำหน้าที่เป็นแพลตฟอร์มกลางสำหรับจัดการ วิเคราะห์ และนำเสนอข้อมูลสถานการณ์โรคจากสถานพยาบาลทั่วประเทศผ่าน API
วัตถุประสงค์หลักของโครงการคือเพื่อให้การดำเนินงานของระบบ DDS เป็นไปอย่างต่อเนื่องและมีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด โดยการรับประกันความทันสมัย ความเสถียร และความปลอดภัยของซอฟต์แวร์บริหารจัดการเครื่องแม่ข่าย ซึ่งเป็นหัวใจหลักของระบบ
ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการจัดทำแผนปฏิบัติการบำรุงรักษาภายใน 5 วันหลังลงนามสัญญา และให้บริการซอฟต์แวร์บำรุงรักษา (Software Maintenance) แบบครบวงจร ซึ่งรวมถึงการอัพเกรดเวอร์ชันซอฟต์แวร์ (Software release/version upgrades) การให้แพตช์และไฟก์ซ (Patches/Fixes) ซอฟต์แวร์มีเดีย และเอกสารประกอบ โดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม สำหรับเครื่องเซิร์ฟเวอร์ DellEMC จำนวน 5 เครื่อง แบ่งเป็น 2 รุ่น ได้แก่ รุ่นที่มี VMware vSAN และรุ่นพื้นฐาน โดยทั้งหมดต้องได้รับการต่ออายุลิขสิทธิ์ซอฟต์แวร์และบริการบำรุงรักษาที่ตรงตามคุณสมบัติทางเทคนิคที่กำหนดไว้อย่างเคร่งครัด
The Division of Epidemiology, Department of Disease Control, is inviting bids for software maintenance services for the Hyper Converged Infrastructure server management system. This project aims to support the core infrastructure of the Digital Disease Surveillance (DDS) system, a central platform for managing, analyzing, and presenting nationwide disease data from both public and private hospitals via API.
The primary objective is to ensure the continuous, stable, secure, and efficient operation of the DDS system by maintaining the legality, modernity, and security of the hyper-converged server management software.
The scope of work includes developing a maintenance action plan within 5 days of contract signing and providing comprehensive software maintenance services. These services encompass software release/version upgrades, patches/fixes, software media, and documentation at no additional cost for a total of five (5) DellEMC VSAN Ready node PowerEdge R640 servers, divided into two configurations, all requiring license renewal and maintenance that meets stringent technical specifications.
