การเคหะแห่งชาติเปิดเผยราคาจ้างบํารุงรักษาระบบรักษาความปลอดภัยในชีวิตและทรัพย์สิน ระยะที่ 1 ซึ่งเป็นระบบที่ติดตั้งใช้งานอยู่แล้วที่สํานักงานใหญ่ขององค์กร โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อให้ระบบรักษาความปลอดภัยที่ประกอบด้วยเทคโนโลยีทันสมัย เช่น ระบบกล้องวงจรปิด ระบบวิเคราะห์ใบหน้า (Face Recognition) ระบบวิเคราะห์ป้ายทะเบียนรถยนต์ (LPR) และระบบควบคุมการเข้าออกยานพาหนะ พร้อมใช้งานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพเต็มที่และต่อเนื่องตลอดเวลา
ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการบํารุงรักษาอุปกรณ์ทั้งหมดจํานวน 24 ประเภท รวมมากกว่า 300 ชิ้น โดยแบ่งเป็น 1) การบํารุงรักษาป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance) จํานวน 4 ครั้ง ตลอดสัญญา และ 2) การบํารุงรักษาแก้ไขเมื่อเกิดความชํารุด (Corrective Maintenance) โดยผู้รับจ้างต้องมีทีมงานพร้อมให้บริการตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง และต้องตอบสนองเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหา ณ สถานที่ติดตั้งภายใน 4 ชั่วโมง และซ่อมให้ใช้งานปกติได้ภายใน 24 ชั่วโมง หากไม่สามารถซ่อมได้ทันเวลาต้องจัดหาอุปกรณ์สํารองที่มีคุณสมบัติเทียบเท่ามาใช้งานชั่วคราวทันที
ผู้รับจ้างต้องรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายทั้งหมดที่เกี่ยวข้อง รวมถึงอะไหล่ ค่าแรง การอัพเดทซอฟต์แวร์/เฟิร์มแวร์ และต้องจัดทํารายงานสรุปผลการบํารุงรักษาหลังเสร็จสิ้นแต่ละครั้ง พร้อมทั้งต้องปฏิบัติตามบันทึกข้อตกลงด้านความมั่นคงปลอดภัยสารสนเทศและการไม่เปิดเผยข้อมูลอย่างเคร่งครัด
The National Housing Authority is soliciting bids for a maintenance contract for its Phase 1 Life and Property Security System at its headquarters. The project aims to ensure the continuous and efficient operation of an existing modern security infrastructure. This includes a comprehensive array of equipment such as various types of CCTV cameras (indoor, outdoor, elevator), license plate recognition (LPR) cameras, face recognition scanners, vehicle entry/exit control terminals, barriers, network video recorders (NVRs), servers, switches, and UPS units.
The scope of work involves full maintenance for a period of 12 months, covering both preventive maintenance (PM) for 4 scheduled visits and corrective maintenance (CM) for breakdowns. The contractor must provide a 24/7 hotline, respond to故障 reports on-site within 4 hours, and restore normal operation within 24 hours. If repair is not possible within the timeframe, the contractor must provide equivalent or better replacement equipment temporarily. All costs for parts, labor, software updates, and transportation are the contractor’s responsibility.
Deliverables include maintenance plans, logbooks, detailed service reports after each visit, and adherence to strict information security and non-disclosure agreements. Payment is made in 4 equal installments, each upon completion and acceptance of a quarterly maintenance period.
