กรมการพัฒนาชุมชนเปิดประมูลจ้างเหมาบริการบำรุงรักษาระบบป้องกันและรักษาความมั่นคงปลอดภัยระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร ระยะเวลาดำเนินการทั้งโครงการ 365 วัน (1 ปี) นับจากวันลงนามสัญญา โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อยกระดับความสามารถในการป้องกัน รับมือ และจัดการภัยคุกคามทางไซเบอร์ ให้ระบบเครือข่ายและสารสนเทศของกรมมีความต่อเนื่อง มีเสถียรภาพ และมีประสิทธิภาพสูงขึ้น
ขอบเขตงานหลักครอบคลุม การศึกษาและวิเคราะห์ระบบเครือข่ายเพื่อจัดทำแผนดำเนินงานที่ได้รับความเห็นชอบ, การบำรุงรักษาระบบป้องกันการบุกรุกทางอินเทอร์เน็ต (Next-Generation Firewall) ยี่ห้อ Palo Alto Networks รุ่น PA-3410 จำนวน 2 ระบบ ที่ติดตั้งในโหมด High Availability (Active/Standby) ณ ศูนย์ควบคุมระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ ชั้น 5 กรมการพัฒนาชุมชน, การให้บริการเฝ้าระวังภัยคุกคามทางไซเบอร์ตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง, การสนับสนุนและแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า, การบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกันและเชิงแก้ไข, และการถ่ายทอดความรู้ให้แก่เจ้าหน้าที่ของกรม เพื่อสร้างความต่อเนื่องในการบริหารจัดการระบบได้ด้วยตนเอง
The Department of Community Development is hiring a contractor for a one-year maintenance service for its cybersecurity protection and information and communication technology security systems. The primary objectives are to enhance the efficiency of security management, actively monitor and reduce cyber threats, and improve the stability and resilience of the IT infrastructure.
The core scope of work includes conducting a system analysis and developing an approved work plan, providing maintenance for a Palo Alto Networks PA-3410 Next-Generation Firewall system configured in High Availability (Active/Standby) mode at the department’s computer control center, offering 24/7 cyber threat monitoring services, providing immediate technical support and troubleshooting, performing both preventive and corrective maintenance, and conducting knowledge transfer sessions for the department’s personnel to ensure sustainable system management capabilities.
