โครงการจ้างเหมาบริการพัฒนาและผลิตสิ่งพิมพ์รายงานประจำปีและรายงานความยั่งยืนประจำปี 2568 นี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดทำสิ่งพิมพ์คุณภาพสูง 2 ประเภทสำหรับองค์กรของรัฐ ได้แก่ 1) รายงานประจำปีขององค์กร (Annual Report) และ 2) รายงานการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน (Sustainability Report) เพื่อนำเสนอผลการดำเนินงาน ภาพลักษณ์ และข้อมูลเชิงกลยุทธ์ขององค์กรต่อผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย
ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมกระบวนการครบวงจร เริ่มจากการวางแผน แนวคิด (Concept Development) การวิจัยและรวบรวมข้อมูลเบื้องต้น การออกแบบเนื้อหา (Content Development & Editorial) และการออกแบบกราฟิก (Graphic Design & Art Direction) สำหรับรูปเล่มทั้งสอง โดยเน้นการออกแบบในสไตล์นิตยสารพรีเมียม (Premium Magazine Style) ที่ทันสมัย มีการนำเสนอข้อมูลด้วยภาพ (Data Visualization/Infographic) และเลย์เอาท์ที่ดึงดูด ส่งมอบเป็นรูปเล่มสิ่งพิมพ์คุณภาพสูง (Hardcopy) พร้อมเทคนิคการพิมพ์พิเศษ เช่น Spot UV และไฟล์ดิจิทัล (E-Book ในรูปแบบ Flipbook HTML) ที่รองรับการใช้งานบนหลายอุปกรณ์
ผู้รับจ้างต้องมีทีมงานเฉพาะทางที่มีประสบการณ์ ได้แก่ บรรณาธิการ (Editor), นักออกแบบกราฟิก/อาร์ตไดเร็กเตอร์ (Art Director), และทีมครีเอทีฟ (Creative Content & Editorial Team) เพื่อให้สามารถดำเนินงานตามข้อกำหนดทางเทคนิคและส่งมอบผลงานที่มีคุณภาพตรงตามระยะเวลาที่กำหนด
This project is a service contract for the development and production of annual publications for a government organization for the fiscal year 2568 (2025). The core deliverables consist of two high-quality publications: 1) the Annual Report and 2) the Sustainability Report.
The scope of work encompasses the complete end-to-end process, including concept development, preliminary research and data gathering, comprehensive content development and editorial work, as well as sophisticated graphic design and art direction for both reports. The design must adhere to a modern, premium magazine-style aesthetic, incorporating effective data visualization (infographics) and dynamic layouts.
The final deliverables include high-quality printed hard copies with special printing techniques (e.g., Spot UV) and fully functional digital versions (E-Book in Flipbook HTML format) compatible with various devices. The contractor must provide a specialized team with proven experience, including Editors, Art Directors, and Creative Content/Editorial personnel, to ensure technical compliance and timely delivery of all outputs.
