โครงการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดหาและติดตั้งระบบเครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์ (LAN) และอุปกรณ์เครือข่าย (Network Equipment) สำหรับศูนย์เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร (CODI) โดยมีขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการวิเคราะห์ ออกแบบ ติดตั้ง ทดสอบ และปรับเปลี่ยนโครงสร้างพื้นฐานระบบเครือข่ายให้เป็นแบบรวมศูนย์ (Centralized Network Architecture) เพื่อยกระดับขีดความสามารถด้านดิจิทัลของหน่วยงาน
งานหลักประกอบด้วยการจัดหาและติดตั้งอุปกรณ์เครือข่ายหลัก เช่น Managed Switch (Core/Access), Rack Cabinet, UPS และระบบสายสัญญาณทั้งแบบ UTP Category 6 (และสูงกว่า) และ Fiber Optic (Single Mode/Multi Mode) พร้อมอุปกรณ์ประกอบครบชุด นอกจากนี้ยังรวมถึงการจัดทำเอกสารการออกแบบ (Network Topology, Cabling Layout, As-built Diagram) การกำหนดค่า (Configuration) อุปกรณ์ การทดสอบระบบด้วยเครื่องมือมาตรฐาน (เช่น Fluke Cable Tester, OTDR) และการให้บริการสนับสนุนหลังการขาย (On-site Service, Hotline Support, SLA)
ผลลัพธ์ที่คาดหวังคือระบบเครือข่ายที่มีประสิทธิภาพสูง เสถียรภาพดี ปลอดภัย และสามารถบริหารจัดการได้จากศูนย์กลาง พร้อมรองรับการขยายตัวในอนาคต อันจะสนับสนุนการให้บริการดิจิทัลของภาครัฐ (Digital Government) ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
This procurement project aims to acquire and install a Computer Network (LAN) and Network Equipment for the Center of Digital Information and Communication Technology (CODI). The scope of work includes the analysis, design, installation, testing, and migration to a Centralized Network Architecture to enhance the agency’s digital capabilities.
Key tasks involve the supply and installation of core network equipment such as Managed Switches (Core/Access), Rack Cabinets, UPS, and cabling systems including UTP Category 6 (and above) and Fiber Optic (Single Mode/Multi Mode) with complete accessories. The project also covers the preparation of design documentation (Network Topology, Cabling Layout, As-built Diagrams), equipment configuration, system testing using standard tools (e.g., Fluke Cable Tester, OTDR), and post-sales support services (On-site Service, Hotline Support, SLA).
The expected deliverables are a high-performance, stable, secure, and centrally manageable network infrastructure that supports future expansion, thereby effectively facilitating Digital Government services.
