รายละเอียดการจ้าง
โครงการนี้เป็นงานจ้างบำรุงรักษาระบบรักษาความปลอดภัยทางกายภาพสำหรับการไฟฟ้าฝ่ายผลิตแห่งประเทศไทย (กฟผ.) เป็นระยะเวลา 2 ปี โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้ระบบควบคุมการเข้า-ออก (Access Control) และระบบกล้องโทรทัศน์วงจรปิด (CCTV) ที่ตั้งอยู่บริเวณสำนักงานกลางและศูนย์คอมพิวเตอร์สำรองนอกสำนักงานใหญ่ (อพน.) อยู่ในสภาพพร้อมใช้งานอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและต่อเนื่องตลอดอายุสัญญา
ขอบเขตงานหลักคือการดำเนินการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance) เป็นจำนวน 6 ครั้ง ตามแผนงานที่กำหนดตลอดระยะเวลา 24 เดือน ซึ่งรวมถึงการตรวจสอบการทำงานของอุปกรณ์และซอฟต์แวร์ การทำความสะอาด และการตรวจสอบการเชื่อมโยงสัญญาณระหว่างอุปกรณ์กับเซิร์ฟเวอร์ นอกจากนี้ ผู้รับจ้างต้องจัดทำและส่งมอบแผนดำเนินงานระยะยาวและรายงานสรุปผลหลังการบำรุงรักษาแต่ละครั้งให้กับ กฟผ. พร้อมให้คำปรึกษาแนะนำด้านเทคนิค และให้บริการซ่อมบำรุงฉุกเฉิน (Corrective Maintenance) โดยต้องเข้าเยี่ยมตรวจสอบภายใน 24 ชั่วโมงหลังจากได้รับการแจ้งจากเจ้าหน้าที่ และดำเนินการซ่อมแซมตามเงื่อนไขที่กำหนด
This project is a maintenance service contract for security systems for the Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT). The primary objective is to ensure the continuous and efficient operation of the Access Control and Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) systems located at the EGAT Headquarters and the off-site Backup Computer Center for a period of two years.
The core scope of work involves performing Preventive Maintenance a total of six times over the 24-month contract period, according to a specified schedule. This includes inspecting the functionality of hardware and software, cleaning equipment, and verifying signal and data communication between devices and the central server. Furthermore, the contractor is required to submit a long-term implementation plan and summary reports after each maintenance session to EGAT, provide technical consultation, and offer emergency corrective maintenance services. The contractor must respond to fault reports within 24 hours of notification and carry out repairs under the stipulated conditions.
