กรมท่าอากาศยานมีแผนดำเนินการประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) เพื่อจ้างปรับปรุงระบบจัดการรักษาความปลอดภัยพื้นที่การบิน ณ ท่าอากาศยานกระบี่ จังหวัดกระบี่ จำนวน 1 ระบบ โดยได้รับจัดสรรงบประมาณประจำปี พ.ศ. 2569 โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักสองประการ คือ 1) เพื่อแก้ไขข้อบกพร่องและเพิ่มมาตรการการรักษาความปลอดภัยของท่าอากาศยานให้มีความรัดกุมยิ่งขึ้น และ 2) เพื่อให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดของแผนรักษาความปลอดภัยการบินพลเรือนแห่งชาติ (NCASP) ซึ่งสอดคล้องกับมาตรฐานและข้อพึงปฏิบัติขององค์การการบินพลเรือนระหว่างประเทศ (ICAO)
ขอบเขตของงานมุ่งเน้นที่การปรับปรุง “ระบบตรวจการณ์พื้นที่การบินและพื้นที่หวงห้าม” งานประกอบด้วยการจัดหาและติดตั้งอุปกรณ์หลัก เช่น Outdoor IP Pan/Tilt/Zoom (PTZ) Camera ที่ต้องมีคุณสมบัติเฉพาะทางสูง เช่น ความละเอียด 4K, ความไวแสงสูง, การซูมทางแสง 30 เท่า, กันน้ำและฝุ่นตามมาตรฐาน IP66 และสามารถเชื่อมต่อผ่านมาตรฐาน OnVif รวมถึงระบบจัดเก็บวิดีโอแบบ Network Video Storage ขนาด 128TB พร้อมซอฟต์แวร์จัดการระบบ ระบบที่นำมาติดตั้งใหม่จะต้องสามารถทำงานเชื่อมโยงและตอบสนองกับระบบตรวจจับแนวรั้วที่มีอยู่เดิมได้โดยอัตโนมัติ
The Department of Airports plans to conduct an electronic bidding (e-bidding) to hire a contractor for improving the Airside Security Management System at Krabi Airport, Krabi Province, 1 system. The project is funded by the fiscal year 2026 budget. Its main objectives are: 1) To rectify deficiencies and enhance the airport’s security measures, and 2) To comply with the National Civil Aviation Security Programme (NCASP), aligning with International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) standards and recommended practices.
The scope of work focuses on upgrading the “Airside and Restricted Area Surveillance System.” Key tasks involve the supply and installation of core equipment, such as high-specification Outdoor IP Pan/Tilt/Zoom (PTZ) Cameras with features including 4K resolution, high light sensitivity, 30x optical zoom, IP66 rating, and OnVif compliance. The project also includes a Network Video Storage system with 128TB capacity and management software. The new system must be capable of integrating and responding automatically with the existing perimeter intrusion detection system.
