จังหวัดพิจิตรมีโครงการจ้างเหมาดําเนินงานโครงการพัฒนาด้านการท่องเที่ยวและบริการ โดยมีกิจกรรมหลักคือ “จัดงานประเพณีสงกรานต์ สรงน้ําพ่อปู่ บูชาหลักเมือง และย้อนรอยประวัติศาสตร์เมืองเก่าพิจิตร” วงเงินประมาณ 985,783.33 บาท โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเชิดชูสถาบันพระมหากษัตริย์และรําลึกพระยาโคตรบองเทวราชผู้สร้างเมือง เปิดพื้นที่จัดงานวัฒนธรรมประเพณีให้ทุกภาคส่วนมีส่วนร่วม ส่งเสริมรายได้จากการท่องเที่ยวและกระตุ้นเศรษฐกิจท้องถิ่น รวมทั้งพัฒนาอุทยานเมืองเก่าพิจิตรให้เป็นแหล่งเรียนรู้ที่ยั่งยืน
ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการจัดทําแผนดําเนินงาน นําเสนอรูปแบบ Theme การจัดงานที่สอดคล้องกับวัตถุประสงค์ การจัดสถานที่ และการดําเนินกิจกรรมภายในงานอย่างครบวงจร โดยกิจกรรมหลักคือ “กิจกรรมตักบาตรรับอรุณ” ซึ่งต้องดําเนินการจํานวน 1 วัน ตามกําหนดการของจังหวัด งานนี้จะจัดขึ้นบริเวณอุทยานเมืองเก่าพิจิตร และสถานที่ในเขตอําเภอเมืองพิจิตร จังหวัดพิจิตร
ผู้รับจ้างมีหน้าที่จัดเตรียมทุกอย่างให้กิจกรรมสําเร็จลุล่วง ตั้งแต่การนิมนต์พระสงฆ์-สามเณรไม่น้อยกว่า 99 รูป จัดหาอุปกรณ์พิธีกรรม ยานพาหนะรับ-ส่ง ระบบเสียง คุณภาพ อาหาร จนถึงการปรับภูมิทัศน์สถานที่ให้คืนสภาพเดิมหลังงาน ส่งมอบงานก่อนเริ่มกิจกรรมไม่น้อยกว่า 1 ชั่วโมง
Phichit Province is inviting bids for a contractor to operate the tourism and service development project, specifically the “Songkran Festival, Paying Homage to Pho Pu City Pillar, and Tracing the History of Old Phichit City” event. The approved budget is approximately 985,783.33 Baht. The project aims to honor the monarchy and commemorate the founder of Phichit, provide a creative space for local and national cultural traditions with multi-sector participation, boost tourism revenue and stimulate the local economy, and develop the Old Phichit City Park into a sustainable learning site.
The scope of work includes developing an operational plan, proposing an event theme aligned with the objectives, preparing the venue, and executing all event activities. The core activity is a “Morning Alms Offering” event to be held for one day as scheduled by the province. The event will take place at the Old Phichit City Park and other locations in Mueang Phichit District, Phichit Province.
The contractor is responsible for end-to-end event management, including inviting at least 99 monks and novices, procuring ceremonial equipment, arranging transportation, providing a quality sound system, catering, and restoring the venue to its original condition after the event. Work must be delivered at least one hour before the activity commences.
