รายละเอียดการจ้าง
กรุงเทพมหานคร โดยกองโรงงานช่างกล สังกัดสำนักการคลัง มีความประสงค์จ้างเหมาบำรุงรักษาระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ อุปกรณ์ และโปรแกรมระบบงานต่างๆ เพื่อใช้สนับสนุนการบริหารจัดการงานซ่อมยานพาหนะ เครื่องจักรกล และเครื่องทุ่นแรงของหน่วยงานสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร ซึ่งดำเนินการผ่านเครือข่ายสารสนเทศ ณ สถานที่ให้บริการ 5 แห่ง ได้แก่ กองโรงงานช่างกล (ดินแดง), กองโรงงานช่างกล (หนองแขม), ศูนย์ซ่อมดอนเมือง, ศูนย์ซ่อมบางซื่อ และศูนย์ซ่อมประเวศ
ขอบเขตงานหลักประกอบด้วย การบำรุงรักษาระบบคอมพิวเตอร์และอุปกรณ์ฮาร์ดแวร์/ซอฟต์แวร์ให้อยู่ในสภาพใช้งานได้ปกติ การให้บริการบำรุงรักษาทั้งแบบป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance) อย่างน้อยเดือนละ 2 ครั้ง และแบบแก้ไขปัญหา (Corrective Maintenance) พร้อมรับแจ้งและเริ่มแก้ไขภายใน 1 ชั่วโมง (เวลาราชการ) การบริหารจัดการฐานข้อมูลและโปรแกรมประยุกต์ระบบงาน การสนับสนุนทางเทคนิคและการให้คำปรึกษา (On-Site Service) การสำรองข้อมูล (Backup) รายเดือน การปรับปรุงแก้ไขหรือเพิ่มเติมโปรแกรมตามความต้องการ ตลอดจนการจัดทำรายงานผลการปฏิบัติงานประจำเดือน
ผู้รับจ้างต้องเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายทั้งหมดที่เกี่ยวข้องรวมถึงอุปกรณ์อะไหล่ (ยกเว้นวัสดุสิ้นเปลือง) และต้องจัดเตรียมบุคลากรผู้ชำนาญการ พร้อมจุดติดต่อสื่อสารตลอดเวลาราชการ โครงการมีระยะเวลาดำเนินการ 6 เดือน และการชำระเงินจะแบ่งออกเป็น 5 งวด งวดละ 1 เดือน หลังการตรวจรับงาน
The Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA), through the Mechanical Workshop Division under the Finance Department, intends to hire a contractor for the maintenance of computer systems, equipment, and various application software programs. This supports the management of vehicle, machinery, and equipment repairs for BMA-affiliated agencies across five service locations: Mechanical Workshop Division (Din Daeng), Mechanical Workshop Division (Nong Khaem), Don Mueang Repair Center, Bang Sue Repair Center, and Prawet Repair Center.
The primary scope of work includes maintaining computer hardware and software systems to ensure normal and efficient operation. Services encompass both Preventive Maintenance (PM) at least twice a month and Corrective Maintenance (CM) with a response time of 1 hour (during office hours) upon notification. The contractor is also responsible for database and application management, technical support and consultation (including on-site service), monthly data backup, program modification or enhancement as required, and submission of monthly performance reports.
The contractor bears all related costs, including spare parts (excluding consumables), and must provide qualified personnel and dedicated communication channels during office hours. The project duration is 6 months, with payments divided into 5 monthly installments upon work acceptance.
