รายละเอียดการจ้าง
บริษัท ท่าอากาศยานไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ ทอท. เปิดประมูลจ้างผู้ดำเนินการจัดกิจกรรม Press Tour ประจำปี 2569 โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อขอบคุณและกระชับความสัมพันธ์กับสื่อมวลชน, ประชาสัมพันธ์การดำเนินงานและโครงการพัฒนาของ ทอท., สร้างเครือข่ายพันธมิตรกับท่าอากาศยานต่างประเทศ และนำสื่อมวลชนไปศึกษาดูงานท่าอากาศยานชูบุ เซ็นแทรร์ ซึ่งมีแนวคิดการออกแบบอาคารผู้โดยสารที่เน้น User-friendly, Simple Terminal และ Universal Design เพื่อนำมาปรับใช้พัฒนาประสบการณ์ผู้โดยสารของ ทอท.
กิจกรรมนี้จะจัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 22-27 เมษายน 2569 (หรือตามที่ ทอท. กำหนดในภายหลัง) โดยมีคณะเดินทางประกอบด้วยสื่อมวลชน 30 คน, ผู้บริหาร ทอท. 5 คน และพนักงาน ทอท. 10 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น 45 คน ผู้รับจ้างมีหน้าที่ดูแลและอำนวยความสะดวกการเดินทางแบบครบวงจร ตั้งแต่การวางแผนโปรแกรม การจัดการเดินทางระหว่างประเทศ การจัดหาที่พักและอาหาร การจัดหาพาหนะภายในประเทศญี่ปุ่น การจัดหามัคคุเทศก์ทั้งชาวไทยและท้องถิ่น การจัดทำเอกสารคู่มือและวีซ่า การจัดหา Sim Card การจัดทำประกันอุบัติเหตุหมู่คณะ และการบันทึกภาพกิจกรรมตลอดการเดินทางเพื่อส่งมอบให้ ทอท.
Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited (AOT) is seeking a service provider to organize a Press Tour activity for the year 2026 (2569 BE). The main objective is to bring a delegation of 30 media personnel, 5 AOT executives, and 10 AOT staff (total 45 persons) on a study tour to visit and learn about the operations of Chubu Centrair International Airport (NGO) in Nagoya, Japan, from April 22-27, 2026. The tour aims to thank the media, strengthen relationships, publicize AOT’s projects and global airport network partnerships, and study the airport’s user-friendly and universal design terminal concepts for potential application in AOT’s development.
The contractor is responsible for the comprehensive arrangement and facilitation of the entire tour. This includes planning the itinerary, booking international flights (business class for 2 seats, economy for 43 seats), securing 4-star hotel accommodation for 4 nights, arranging all meals and local transportation (vans and buses), providing Thai and local Japanese-speaking tour guides, handling visa and travel documents, preparing travel manuals, providing 5G SIM cards, obtaining group accident insurance, and documenting the entire activity with photos/videos for delivery to AOT.
