เทศบาลนครเชียงใหม่มีแผนการปรับปรุงระบบโครงข่ายสื่อสารและระบบกล้องโทรทัศน์วงจรปิด (CCTV) เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการดูแลความปลอดภัยและบริการสาธารณะในพื้นที่รอบคูเมือง โดยดำเนินการติดตั้งสายใยแก้วนำแสงใต้พื้นดิน โครงการนี้แบ่งการดำเนินงานออกเป็น 3 ระยะหลัก ได้แก่ ระยะที่ 2 บริเวณถนนช่างหล่อ, ถนนราชเชียงแสน, ถนนมูลเมือง และถนนบำรุงบุรี เชื่อมต่อจากแจ่งกะต๊ำนอกไปยังแจ่งกู่เฮืองนอก และแจ่งกู่เฮืองในไปแจ่งกะต๊ำใน ระยะที่ 5 บริเวณถนนราชดำเนิน, ถนนสิงหราช, และถนนสามล้าน และระยะที่ 6 บริเวณถนนศรีภูมิ, ถนนอารักษ์, และถนนบำรุงบุรี เชื่อมต่อจากแจ่งศรีภูมิในไปแจ่งหัวริน และแจ่งหัวลินในไปแจ่งกู่เฮืองใน
ผู้รับจ้างมีหน้าที่ดำเนินการติดตั้ง ปรับปรุง และเชื่อมต่อระบบสายใยแก้วนำแสงและกล้อง CCTV ให้ครบถ้วนตามขอบเขตงานที่กำหนด โดยต้องจัดส่งแผนการทำงานภายใน 7 วันหลังลงนามสัญญา โครงการใช้งบประมาณกลาง 11,400,000 บาท และใช้เกณฑ์การพิจารณา “ราคาประกอบเกณฑ์อื่น” โดยให้น้ำหนักกับราคา 40% มาตรฐานสินค้า/บริการ 20% บริการหลังการขาย 10% ผลประเมินการปฏิบัติงาน 10% และข้อเสนอด้านเทคนิค 20% ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องมีประสบการณ์งานประเภทเดียวกันมูลค่าไม่ต่ำกว่า 5,500,000 บาท และต้องวางหลักประกันการเสนอราคา 570,000 บาท
Chiang Mai Municipality is inviting electronic bids (e-bidding) for the project to improve the fiber optic cable and CCTV system along the underground moat area. The project is divided into three phases: Phase 2 covering Changleor Road, Ratchiangsaen Road, Moonmuang Road, and Bamrungburi Road (from Jang Katam Nok to Jang Ku Heuang Nok, and Jang Ku Heuang In to Jang Katam In); Phase 5 covering Ratchadamnoen Road, Singharat Road, and Samlarn Road; and Phase 6 covering Sriphum Road, Arak Road, and Bamrungburi Road (from Jang Sriphum In to Jang Hua Rin, and Jang Hua Lin In to Jang Ku Heuang In).
The contractor is responsible for the installation, improvement, and connection of the fiber optic and CCTV systems as per the defined scope of work. The estimated budget is 11,400,000 THB, and the project duration must not exceed 180 days from contract signing. Bid evaluation follows the “Price with Other Criteria” method, weighting price at 40%, product/service standards at 20%, after-sales service at 10%, contractor performance evaluation at 10%, and technical proposals at 20%. Bidders must have experience in similar work worth at least 5,500,000 THB and provide a bid security of 570,000 THB.
