สถาบันสารสนเทศทรัพยากรน้ำ (องค์การมหาชน) หรือ สสน. เปิดโครงการจ้างติดตั้งสถานีโทรมาตรอัตโนมัติเพื่อตรวจวัดข้อมูลภูมิอากาศ ปริมาณน้ำฝน และระดับน้ำในพื้นที่ต้นน้ำ จำนวน 1 งาน โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมรับมือสถานการณ์น้ำและขยายผลการใช้ข้อมูลสำหรับสนับสนุนการบริหารจัดการน้ำของประเทศอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
ขอบเขตงานหลักคือการติดตั้งสถานีโทรมาตรอัตโนมัติรุ่นที่ 5 จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 50 สถานี ในพื้นที่อุทยานแห่งชาติและหน่วยจัดการต้นน้ำทั่วภาคเหนือ งานติดตั้งครอบคลุมทุกขั้นตอน เริ่มตั้งแต่การรับอุปกรณ์จาก สสน. การจัดทำฐานรากคอนกรีตหรือการยึดเกาะกับพื้นเดิม การติดตั้งชุดโครงสร้างเสาและรั้วป้องกัน การติดตั้งเซ็นเซอร์ตรวจวัดสภาพอากาศ (Weather sensors) และปริมาณน้ำฝน (Rain collector) รวมถึงระบบสื่อสาร (เสา GPS, ชุดสื่อสาร GSM หรือ Satellite Modem สำหรับพื้นที่นอกสัญญาณ) พร้อมระบบพลังงานจากแผงโซลาร์เซลล์ขนาด 20 วัตต์ ตู้ควบคุม แบตเตอรี่ และชุดควบคุม RTU ผู้รับจ้างต้องทดสอบการทำงานของอุปกรณ์ทั้งหมดให้สมบูรณ์ ตรวจสอบผ่านระบบแสดงผลออนไลน์ บันทึกรายงานและภาพถ่ายก่อน-หลังการติดตั้ง และทำความสะอาดพื้นที่
โครงการมีวงเงินงบประมาณ 1,500,000 บาท กำหนดระยะเวลาส่งมอบงานภายใน 60 วันนับจากวันที่ได้รับแจ้งให้เริ่มงาน การจ่ายเงินเป็นงวดเดียวหลังตรวจรับงานเรียบร้อยแล้ว และมีเงื่อนไขการรับประกันงานเป็นระยะเวลา 1 ปี
The Hydro-Informatics Institute (HII), a public organization, is procuring a service for the installation of automatic telemetry stations to measure climate data, rainfall, and water levels in upstream areas. The project aims to enhance preparedness for water situations and expand the use of data to support effective national water management.
The core scope of work involves the installation of 50 automatic weather telemetry stations (Model 5) across national parks and upstream management units in Northern Thailand. The installation includes receiving equipment from HII, constructing concrete foundations or securing to existing surfaces, erecting station masts and protective fences, installing weather sensors and rain collectors, setting up communication systems (GPS mast, GSM module, or Satellite Modem for remote areas), along with a 20-watt solar panel system, control cabinet, batteries, and RTU control unit. The contractor must test all equipment for full functionality, verify data transmission via the online display system, document the installation with reports and photos, and clean up the site.
The project has a budget of 1,500,000 THB. The delivery period is within 60 days from the official work commencement notice. Payment will be made in a single installment after successful inspection and acceptance of the work, which comes with a 1-year warranty.
