รายละเอียดการจ้าง
สำนักงานส่งเสริมเศรษฐกิจดิจิทัล (depa) มีความประสงค์จ้างทำวิจัยและสำรวจข้อมูลเพื่อประเมินสถานภาพตลาดอุตสาหกรรมดิจิทัลหลักของประเทศไทย 3 สาขา ได้แก่ (1) อุตสาหกรรมซอฟต์แวร์ (Software) (2) อุตสาหกรรมฮาร์ดแวร์และอุปกรณ์อัจฉริยะ (Hardware and Smart Device) และ (3) อุตสาหกรรมบริการดิจิทัล (Digital Service) สำหรับปี 2568 และคาดการณ์แนวโน้มไปอีก 3 ปี (พ.ศ. 2569-2571) ด้วยงบประมาณ 2,300,000 บาท
โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อจัดทำข้อมูลสถานภาพอุตสาหกรรมที่ทันสมัย เปรียบเทียบกับมาตรฐานสากลได้ และใช้เป็นฐานข้อมูลสำหรับการวางนโยบายส่งเสริมเศรษฐกิจดิจิทัลของประเทศ งานที่ผู้รับจ้างต้องดำเนินการครอบคลุมหลายด้าน ได้แก่ การศึกษาและปรับปรุงนิยามอุตสาหกรรมให้สอดคล้องกับยุคสมัย, วิเคราะห์ระบบนิเวศ (Ecosystem) และห่วงโซ่มูลค่า (Value Chain), คำนวณและวิเคราะห์มูลค่าตลาดทั้งการผลิตและการใช้ รวมถึงมูลค่าการนำเข้าและส่งออก, ศึกษาสถานภาพและจัดกลุ่มบุคลากรดิจิทัล, ตลอดจนการออกแบบและพัฒนาระบบฐานข้อมูลขนาดใหญ่ (Big Data) สำหรับจัดเก็บ วิเคราะห์ และแสดงผลข้อมูลผ่านแดชบอร์ด (Dashboard) ในรูปแบบ Data Visualization
ผลลัพธ์จากโครงการนี้จะเป็นเครื่องมือสำคัญสำหรับ depa และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งภาครัฐและเอกชน ในการติดตามการเปลี่ยนแปลงของอุตสาหกรรม วิเคราะห์แนวโน้มเทคโนโลยีและธุรกิจ ตลอดจนกำหนดทิศทางการส่งเสริมการตลาด การลงทุน และการพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมดิจิทัลของประเทศต่อไป
The Digital Economy Promotion Agency (depa) is inviting bids for a project to survey and assess the status of three core digital industries: Software, Hardware and Smart Devices, and Digital Services for the year 2025, including a 3-year trend forecast. The project budget is 2.3 million THB.
The primary objective is to produce up-to-date industry status data, aligned with international standards, to serve as a foundation for formulating national digital economy promotion policies. The contractor’s scope of work includes studying and refining industry definitions, analyzing the ecosystem and value chain, calculating and analyzing market size (production and consumption) and import-export values, assessing and classifying digital workforce status, and designing/developing a Big Data system for data storage, analysis, and visualization via a Dashboard.
The deliverables will provide crucial insights for depa and relevant public and private sector entities to monitor industry changes, analyze technological and business trends, and strategize for promoting investment and development in Thailand’s digital industries.
