กองทุนพัฒนาการกีฬาแห่งชาติ (NSDF) มีความประสงค์จ้างโครงการวิเคราะห์และประเมินระบบงานเพื่อยกระดับประสิทธิภาพองค์กร (Data Audit Process Optimization Project) สำหรับปีงบประมาณ 2569 โดยเป็นโครงการต่อเนื่องจากการพัฒนาฐานข้อมูล RAG และ LLM ในปีก่อนหน้า โครงการนี้มุ่งเน้นการวิเคราะห์ผลการดำเนินงานในปี 2568 อย่างลึกซึ้ง โดยใช้เทคโนโลยีปัญญาประดิษฐ์เพื่อสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจเชิงกลยุทธ์
ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการรวบรวมและตรวจสอบข้อมูลทั้งที่มีโครงสร้างและไม่มีโครงสร้าง การประเมินคุณภาพและทำความสะอาดข้อมูล (Data Cleansing) รวมถึงการวิเคราะห์ผลการดำเนินงานด้วย LLM ในแง่มุมต่างๆ เช่น แนวโน้ม การเปรียบเทียบกับเป้าหมาย และการวิเคราะห์ความรู้สึก (Sentiment Analysis) นอกจากนี้ โครงการจะขยายขีดความสามารถของระบบด้วยการพัฒนาฟังก์ชันการวิเคราะห์สถานการณ์จำลอง (What-if Analysis) โดยประยุกต์ใช้ Machine Learning เพื่อพยากรณ์แนวโน้มในอนาคต พร้อมทั้งเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพระบบ AI Intelligent Assistant ให้สามารถวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงลึกและสร้างรายงานสรุปแบบเรียลไทม์ได้
ผลลัพธ์ที่คาดหวังคือรายงานสรุปผลการดำเนินงานปี 2568 ที่ผ่านการวิเคราะห์เชิงลึก เครื่องมือวิเคราะห์สถานการณ์จำลองสำหรับผู้บริหาร ระบบผู้ช่วยอัจฉริยะที่ใช้งานได้จริงสำหรับเจ้าหน้าที่ และข้อเสนอแนะเชิงนโยบายที่นำไปปฏิบัติได้เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการดำเนินงานขององค์กรอย่างยั่งยืน
The National Sports Development Fund (NSDF) intends to hire a contractor for the “Data Audit Process Optimization Project” for the fiscal year 2026. This project is a continuation of the RAG database and LLM development from the previous year. It focuses on conducting an in-depth analysis of the 2025 operational performance using artificial intelligence to support strategic decision-making.
The scope of work includes collecting and verifying both structured and unstructured data, assessing data quality, performing data cleansing, and analyzing performance using LLM from various perspectives such as trends, benchmarking, and sentiment analysis. Furthermore, the project aims to enhance system capabilities by developing a “What-if Analysis” function using Machine Learning techniques for future trend prediction, and upgrading the AI Intelligent Assistant system to provide real-time deep analysis and summary report generation.
Expected deliverables include a comprehensive analysis report of 2025 operations, a what-if analysis tool for executives, a fully functional AI assistant for staff, and actionable policy recommendations to sustainably improve organizational efficiency.
