รายละเอียดการจ้าง
โรงพยาบาลเกาะสมุยจัดทำโครงการจ้างเหมาบริการติดตั้งระบบเครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์ (Network) และจุดเชื่อมต่อเครือข่าย (LAN Outlet) สำหรับอาคารใหม่ Marina Hub โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อสร้างโครงสร้างพื้นฐานด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศที่มีประสิทธิภาพ มั่นคง ปลอดภัย และรองรับการขยายตัวของการให้บริการทางการแพทย์ในอนาคต ระบบนี้จะสนับสนุนการใช้งานระบบสารสนเทศโรงพยาบาลที่สำคัญ เช่น ระบบเวชระเบียนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (HIS/EMR), PACS, LIS ตลอดจนการเชื่อมต่ออุปกรณ์ทางการแพทย์ต่างๆ และรองรับแนวโน้มเทคโนโลยีใหม่ๆ อย่าง Telemedicine และ IoT ทางการแพทย์
ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการจัดหา อุปกรณ์เครือข่ายมาตรฐานสูง ได้แก่ Core Switch ขนาด 24 ช่อง (SFP+) จำนวน 1 ชุด, PoE Switch ขนาด 24 ช่อง จำนวน 3 ชุด, และ Access Switch ขนาด 48 ช่อง จำนวน 5 ชุด โดยอุปกรณ์ทั้งหมดต้องเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์จากบริษัทที่อยู่ใน Leaders Quadrant ของ Gartner Magic Quadrant for Enterprise Wired and Wireless LAN Infrastructure และมีซอฟต์แวร์จัดการส่วนกลาง พร้อมรับประกัน 5 ปี นอกจากนี้ยังรวมถึงการจัดหาและติดตั้งตู้เก็บอุปกรณ์เครือข่าย (Rack Cabinet และ Wall Rack) จำนวน 9 ชุด, ระบบสำรองไฟ (UPS), การเดินสายสัญญาณใยแก้วนำแสง Single Mode จำนวน 11 เส้นทางระหว่างอาคาร และการติดตั้งจุดบริการเครือข่าย LAN Outlet ภายในอาคาร Marina Hub ไม่น้อยกว่า 40 จุด พร้อมการกำหนดค่าการทำงาน (Configuration) ให้สามารถเชื่อมต่อและใช้งานร่วมกับระบบเครือข่ายปัจจุบันของโรงพยาบาลได้ทันที
Ko Samui Hospital is undertaking a project to hire a contractor for the installation of a computer network system and LAN outlets in the new Marina Hub building. The primary objective is to establish an efficient, stable, secure, and future-proof IT infrastructure to support the expanding medical services. This system will support critical hospital information systems such as Electronic Health Records (HIS/EMR), PACS, LIS, medical device connectivity, and future trends like Telemedicine and Medical IoT.
The scope of work includes the supply and installation of high-standard network equipment: one set of 24-port SFP+ Core Switch, three sets of 24-port PoE Switches, and five sets of 48-port Access Switches. All equipment must be from vendors in the Leaders Quadrant of the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Enterprise Wired and Wireless LAN Infrastructure, include centralized management software, and come with a 5-year warranty. The project also encompasses the supply and installation of nine sets of network equipment cabinets (Rack Cabinet and Wall Racks), Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems, the laying of Single Mode fiber optic cables across 11 routes between buildings, and the installation of at least 40 LAN outlet points within the Marina Hub building. All equipment will be configured to seamlessly integrate with the hospital’s existing network.
