กรมเจรจาการค้าระหว่างประเทศ เปิดประกวดราคาจ้างเหมาบริการบำรุงรักษาและซ่อมแซมแก้ไขเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ อุปกรณ์ต่อพ่วง และระบบเครือข่าย ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2569 ด้วยวิธี e-bidding โดยมีงบประมาณราคากลาง 1,870,538.33 บาท
ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการให้บริการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance) และซ่อมแซมแก้ไขปัญหา (Corrective Maintenance) สำหรับอุปกรณ์ไอทีทั้งหมดของกรม ณ ที่ตั้งจริง ซึ่งรวมถึง เครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์แม่ข่าย (Server), เครื่องลูกข่าย (Client), โน้ตบุ๊ก, อุปกรณ์ต่อพ่วง (จอภาพ, แป้นพิมพ์, เมาส์, เครื่องพิมพ์, สแกนเนอร์) และอุปกรณ์ระบบเครือข่ายและเครื่องสำรองไฟ (UPS) ตามรายการในภาคผนวก ก. และ ข.
วัตถุประสงค์หลักคือ เพื่อให้อุปกรณ์ไอทีมีประสิทธิภาพและพร้อมใช้งานตลอดเวลา ลดข้อขัดข้องในการทำงาน โดยผู้รับจ้างต้องจัดส่งบุคลากรมาปฏิบัติงานประจำ 2 คน และมีที่ปรึกษาระบบเครือข่ายอีกอย่างน้อย 1 คน พร้อมให้คำปรึกษาและแก้ไขปัญหาได้อย่างรวดเร็วทันที โดยมีเงื่อนไขการตอบสนองและแก้ไขปัญหาที่ชัดเจน เช่น การแก้ไขปัญหาที่เครื่องแม่ข่ายภายใน 3 ชั่วโมงหลังแจ้ง และจัดหาอุปกรณ์ทดแทนชั่วคราวหากซ่อมไม่สำเร็จภายใน 24 ชั่วโมง
The Department of Trade Negotiations (DTN) is inviting bids for an annual maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting service contract for computer equipment, peripherals, and network systems for the fiscal year 2026 via e-bidding. The approved budget for this project is 1,870,538.33 Baht.
The scope of work encompasses comprehensive on-site preventive and corrective maintenance services for all IT assets listed in the appendices. This includes servers, client computers (desktops), notebooks, peripherals (monitors, keyboards, mice, printers, scanners), and network devices/UPS units.
The primary objectives are to ensure all equipment operates at peak efficiency with maximum uptime, minimizing disruptions to staff operations and public services. The winning bidder must station two qualified technicians on-site and provide access to at least one network consultant. The contract stipulates strict service level agreements, such as responding to server issues within 3 hours of notification and providing temporary replacement equipment if repairs are not completed within 24 hours.
