รายละเอียดการจ้าง
สำนักงานส่งเสริมการจัดประชุมและนิทรรศการ (องค์การมหาชน) หรือ สสปน. เปิดประมูลจ้างบริหารจัดการงาน “กิจกรรมมอบตราสัญลักษณ์ผู้ได้รับรองมาตรฐาน MICE Standards Day” ประจำปี 2026 โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อเผยแพร่และประชาสัมพันธ์สถานประกอบการที่ผ่านการรับรองมาตรฐานสถานที่จัดงานประเทศไทย (Thailand MICE Venue Standards: TMVS) มาตรฐานสถานที่จัดงานอาเซียน (ASEAN MICE Venue Standards: AMVS) และมาตรฐานการบริหารการจัดงานอย่างยั่งยืนประเทศไทย (Thailand Sustainable Event Management Standard: TSEMS) พร้อมทั้งส่งเสริมภาพลักษณ์ของประเทศไทยให้เป็นจุดหมายปลายทางและผู้นำด้านมาตรฐานอุตสาหกรรมไมซ์ในระดับภูมิภาค
ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการบริหารจัดการงานสัมมนาและพิธีมอบรางวัลแบบครบวงจร โดยผู้รับจ้างมีหน้าที่หลักในการจัดเตรียมสถานที่จัดงานที่ผ่านมาตรฐาน TMVS หรือ AMVS เพื่อรองรับผู้เข้าร่วมงาน 300 คน รวมถึงการจัดเลี้ยง ระบบลงทะเบียน และการจัดการกิจกรรมบนเวทีโดยสมบูรณ์ นอกจากนี้ ยังต้องจัดทำป้ายตราสัญลักษณ์ (plaque) และโล่รางวัลสำหรับผู้ได้รับรองมาตรฐานทุกประเภทตามจำนวนที่ระบุ พร้อมทั้งออกแบบและสร้าง Landmark ตราสัญลักษณ์ขนาดใหญ่
งานนี้ยังมีส่วนของ “พื้นที่กิจกรรมพิเศษ” ขนาดอย่างน้อย 36 ตารางเมตร เป็นระยะเวลา 2 วัน เพื่อจัดนิทรรศการเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาศักยภาพและมาตรฐานไมซ์ โดยผู้รับจ้างต้องจัดเตรียมเนื้อหา อุปกรณ์ เฟอร์นิเจอร์ และการจัดเลี้ยงแยกต่างหาก
แนวคิดหลักของการจัดงานมุ่งเน้นความยั่งยืน โดยผู้รับจ้างต้องคำนวณ Carbon Footprint ของงาน ชดเชยจนเป็นศูนย์ (Carbon Neutral) และจัดทำรายงานสรุปความสำเร็จด้านความยั่งยืน พร้อมทั้งต้องดำเนินการประชาสัมพันธ์งานผ่านช่องทางต่างๆ เพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายผู้เข้าร่วมงานไม่น้อยกว่า 300 คน ระยะเวลาดำเนินโครงการทั้งหมด 210 วันนับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา
The Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (Public Organization) or TCEB is inviting bids for the comprehensive event management of “MICE Standards Day 2026”. The project aims to organize an award ceremony to present plaques and trophies to venues certified under the Thailand MICE Venue Standards (TMVS), ASEAN MICE Venue Standards (AMVS), and the Thailand Sustainable Event Management Standard (TSEMS). The event is designed to promote and publicize certified venues, enhance Thailand’s image as a leading MICE destination with international standards, and drive sustainable development in the industry.
The contractor’s scope of work includes full-scale management of the seminar and award ceremony for 300 attendees at a TMVS or AMVS certified venue. Responsibilities encompass venue preparation, catering, registration systems, stage management, and the production and delivery of all award plaques and trophies as specified. A key deliverable is the design and construction of a large landmark featuring the three standards’ logos.
Additionally, the contractor must manage a dedicated “Special Activity Area” (minimum 36 sq.m.) for a 2-day exhibition on MICE standards and capacity building, including all related content, furniture, equipment, and catering.
Sustainability is a core theme; the contractor must calculate the event’s carbon footprint, offset it to achieve Carbon Neutral status, and produce a sustainability success report. A comprehensive publicity plan is required to attract the target of 300 participants. The total project duration is 210 days from contract signing. The approved budget is 2,480,000 THB (inclusive of VAT).
