กรมกิจการสตรีและสถาบันครอบครัว (กสค.) เปิดประมูลจ้างเหมาจัดงาน “วันผู้สูงอายุแห่งชาติ และวันแห่งครอบครัว ประจำปี 2569” ภายใต้แนวคิดหลัก “ก้มกราบกอดผู้สูงวัย สร้างครอบครัวไทยเข้มแข็ง” โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสร้างความตระหนักถึงความสำคัญของสถาบันครอบครัว รณรงค์การมีส่วนร่วมในการเสริมสร้างสัมพันธภาพอันดี เชิดชูเกียรติครอบครัวและบุคคลต้นแบบ ตลอดจนเป็นเวทีเผยแพร่นโยบายและสร้างความร่วมมือระหว่างภาคส่วนต่างๆ
ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการจัดทำแผนดำเนินงาน การเตรียมการ และการจัดงานจริงทั้งหมด ณ สถานที่ในกรุงเทพมหานคร ซึ่งผู้รับจ้างจะต้องเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายทั้งหมดที่เกี่ยวข้อง งานนี้กำหนดให้มีผู้เข้าร่วมประมาณ 500 คน และต้องดำเนินการให้แล้วเสร็จภายใน 60 วัน นับจากวันลงนามสัญญา โดยมีงบประมาณค่าจ้างเหมา 1,200,000 บาท
ผู้รับจ้างมีหน้าที่หลักในการออกแบบและดำเนินกิจกรรมทุกส่วน ตั้งแต่การออกแบบแนวคิด โลโก้ และกิจกรรม จัดเตรียมสถานที่ เวทีหลักขนาดใหญ่พร้อมระบบ LED, เสียง, แสงสี จัดทำวีดิทัศน์ประชาสัมพันธ์ จัดการแสดงบนเวที จัดทำสูจิบัตร จัดหาพิธีกรและล่ามภาษามือ จัดเตรียมของที่ระลึก จุดลงทะเบียน จุดถ่ายภาพ (Photo Booth) และบริการบันทึกภาพนิ่ง/เคลื่อนไหวตลอดงาน พร้อมประมวลผลไฟล์ดิจิทัลส่งมอบให้กรมฯ หลังงานเสร็จสิ้น
The Department of Women’s Affairs and Family Development is bidding out a contract to organize the “National Elderly Day and Family Day 2026” under the concept “Pay Respect and Embrace the Elderly, Strengthen the Thai Family.” The project aims to raise awareness about the importance of family, promote good family relationships, honor exemplary families and individuals, and serve as a platform to disseminate government policies and foster multi-sectoral collaboration.
The contractor’s scope of work encompasses the complete planning, preparation, and execution of the event at a venue in Bangkok, including all associated costs. The event targets 500 participants and must be completed within 60 days of contract signing, with a total budget of 1,200,000 THB.
Key responsibilities include conceptual and logo design, venue and stage setup with a large LED screen and sound/lighting systems, production of promotional videos, stage performances, program booklet printing, hiring of emcees and sign language interpreters, provision of souvenirs, registration and photo booth management, and comprehensive photo/video documentation with digital file delivery post-event.
