การไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาคสาขาบางสะพานเปิดโครงการจัดจ้างบุคคลภายนอกเพื่อปฏิบัติงานเกี่ยวกับมิเตอร์ไฟฟ้า โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อดำเนินการงดจ่ายไฟสำหรับผู้ใช้ไฟฟ้ารายย่อยที่ค้างชำระค่าบริการตามระเบียบและมาตรฐานที่กำหนด
ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมพื้นที่ 6 โซนหลักในเขตอำเภอบางสะพานและอำเภอบางสะพานน้อย จังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ งานหลักที่ต้องปฏิบัติ ได้แก่ 1) การปลดสายเทอร์มินอล 2) การตัดกลับมิเตอร์ (ถอดมิเตอร์) 3) การต่อสายเทอร์มินอล และ 4) การต่อกลับมิเตอร์ สำหรับมิเตอร์แรงต่ำทั้งชนิด 1 เฟส และ 3 เฟส โดยงานทั้งหมดต้องดำเนินการผ่านระบบงานงดจ่ายไฟ (DMSx 4.0) บนสมาร์ทโฟน รวมถึงต้องปฏิบัติตามคู่มือและระเบียบของ กฟภ. อย่างเคร่งครัด
ผู้รับจ้างมีหน้าที่ส่งมอบงานเป็นรายวัน จัดเตรียมอุปกรณ์และบุคลากรให้เพียงพอ พร้อมทั้งต้องผ่านการฝึกอบรมด้านความปลอดภัยและเทคนิคการทำงานกับ กฟภ. ก่อนเริ่มปฏิบัติงาน ค่าจ้างจะจ่ายเป็นรายเดือนตามปริมาณงานที่ปฏิบัติจริง โดยมีเงื่อนไขการจ่ายค่าจ้างบางส่วนในกรณีที่ผู้ใช้ไฟฟ้าขอผ่อนผันหรือไม่สามารถดำเนินการได้
The Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA), Bang Saphan Branch, is seeking an external contractor to perform electricity disconnection services for residential customers. The project aims to carry out meter-related work, including terminal disconnection, meter removal, terminal reconnection, and meter reinstallation for single-phase and three-phase low-voltage meters, in compliance with the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) regulations and service standards.
The scope of work covers six designated zones (A-F) within the Bang Saphan and Bang Saphan Noi districts. The contractor is required to perform daily operations using the designated disconnection management system (DMSx 4.0) via a smartphone, adhere strictly to PEA’s manuals and safety procedures, and provide qualified personnel and necessary equipment. Payment will be made monthly based on the actual volume of work completed, with specific conditions for partial payment in cases of customer deferral requests or unavoidable service interruptions.
