คณะแพทยศาสตร์วชิรพยาบาล มหาวิทยาลัยนวมินทราธิราช เปิดประมูลโครงการจ้างเหมาบริการใช้สิทธิ์ซอฟต์แวร์ Endpoint Security for Business เพื่อเพิ่มศักยภาพการป้องกันภัยคุกคามทางไซเบอร์ให้กับระบบสารสนเทศขององค์กรอย่างครอบคลุมและมีประสิทธิภาพ โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อปกป้องเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ทั้งหมด (Endpoint) จากมัลแวร์ขั้นสูง แรนซัมแวร์ การฟิชชิ่ง และการโจมตีแบบ Zero-day ที่หลากหลายและพัฒนาอย่างรวดเร็ว ซึ่งซอฟต์แวร์ป้องกันไวรัสแบบดั้งเดิมอาจรับมือได้ไม่เพียงพอ
ขอบเขตของงานประกอบด้วยการจัดหาและให้บริการสิทธิ์ใช้งานซอฟต์แวร์ Endpoint Security for Business ที่มีฟีเจอร์ครบถ้วน ได้แก่ การป้องกันและตรวจจับมัลแวร์/แรนซัมแวร์ การป้องกันไฟล์แนบและ URL อันตราย การสแกนตามกำหนดการและแบบเรียลไทม์ ระบบบริหารจัดการศูนย์กลาง (Web-Based Management Console) การอัปเดตซอฟต์แวร์และฐานข้อมูลภัยคุกคามอัตโนมัติ การป้องกันการโจมตีแบบ Zero-day และช่องโหว่ใหม่ๆ (Zero-day Attack & Vulnerability Protection) เทคโนโลยี Extended Detection and Response (XDR) การวิเคราะห์ภัยคุกคาม (Threat Intelligence) และระบบ隔离และตอบสนองต่อเหตุการณ์ (Isolation & Response) ซอฟต์แวร์ต้องรองรับระบบปฏิบัติการที่หลากหลาย และผู้รับจ้างต้องให้บริการติดตั้ง บริการช่วยเหลือ (Helpdesk) การฝึกอบรม และรายงานตามระยะเวลาที่กำหนด
กำหนดเวลาให้บริการคือ 1 ปีเต็ม เริ่มตั้งแต่วันที่ 10 มีนาคม 2569 ถึงวันที่ 9 มีนาคม 2570 โดยมีวงเงินงบประมาณสูงสุด 4,230,000 บาท
The Faculty of Medicine Vajira Hospital, Navamindradhiraj University, is procuring an Endpoint Security for Business software license service to comprehensively enhance the cybersecurity posture of its information systems. This project aims to protect all organizational computers (endpoints) from advanced malware, ransomware, phishing, and rapidly evolving zero-day attacks, for which traditional antivirus solutions may be insufficient.
The scope of work involves providing a full-featured Endpoint Security for Business software license and associated services. Key deliverables include malware/ransomware protection and detection, dangerous attachment and URL blocking, scheduled and real-time scanning, a centralized web-based management console, automatic software and threat definition updates, zero-day attack and vulnerability protection, Extended Detection and Response (XDR) capabilities, threat intelligence integration, and incident isolation and response features. The software must support a wide range of operating systems. The contractor is also responsible for installation, helpdesk support, user training, and periodic reporting as specified.
The service period is one full year, from March 10, 2026, to March 9, 2027, with a maximum approved budget of 4,230,000 THB.
