โครงการจัดทำระบบสารสนเทศ ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) สำหรับหน่วยงาน มีเป้าหมายเพื่อสร้างระบบสารสนเทศที่บูรณาการและอัตโนมัติสำหรับการบริหารจัดการทรัพยากรองค์กรอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ โครงการนี้จะพัฒนาระบบ Back Office ที่ทันสมัย เพื่อรวบรวมและเชื่อมโยงข้อมูลจากฝ่ายงานต่างๆ เข้าด้วยกัน โดยระบบจะสามารถประมวลผลข้อมูลแบบเรียลไทม์และอัตโนมัติ ลดความซ้ำซ้อนของข้อมูล และขั้นตอนการทำงานแบบแมนวล
ขอบเขตงานหลักครอบคลุมการพัฒนาและจัดทำระบบ ERP ที่สมบูรณ์ ซึ่งประกอบด้วยโมดูลระบบงานที่สำคัญ เช่น ระบบจัดซื้อจัดจ้างภาครัฐอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding), ระบบบริหารจัดการเอกสาร (Document Management), ระบบบริหารจัดการบัตรเชื้อเพลิง (Fleet Card Management System), ระบบบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์ (HRM และ HRD) ตลอดจนการพัฒนาโมบายแอปพลิเคชันสำหรับผู้ใช้งานภายใน (Internal Users) และผู้จัดจำหน่าย/ซัพพลายเออร์ (Supplier Management Mobile Application)
ผลลัพธ์หลักของโครงการคือการได้มาซึ่งระบบ ERP ที่ใช้งานได้จริง ซึ่งจะช่วยให้องค์กรมีฐานข้อมูลกลางที่ถูกต้องแม่นยำ สนับสนุนการตัดสินใจ มีกระบวนการทำงานที่เป็นมาตรฐานและรวดเร็วขึ้น รวมถึงเพิ่มความสะดวกในการเข้าถึงบริการผ่านแอปพลิเคชันบนมือถือ โดยระบบทั้งหมดจะต้องมีความปลอดภัย และรองรับการทำงานที่คล่องตัวสูง
The project aims to develop and implement an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for a government organization. Its primary objective is to create an integrated and automated information system to manage organizational resources efficiently. The project will develop a modern Back Office system to consolidate and link data from various departments, enabling real-time and automated data processing, reducing data redundancy and manual workflow steps.
The main scope of work includes the development and delivery of a comprehensive ERP system. Key modules consist of an electronic government procurement system (e-bidding), a Document Management System, a Fleet Card Management System, Human Resource Management (HRM) and Human Resource Development (HRD) systems, as well as the development of mobile applications for internal users and supplier management.
The key deliverable is a fully functional ERP system. This system will provide the organization with a centralized, accurate database to support decision-making, standardized and faster operational processes, and increased accessibility to services via mobile applications. The entire system must be secure and support high operational agility.
