การไฟฟ้านครหลวง (MEA) มีความประสงค์จะว่าจ้างให้ผู้รับจ้างดำเนินการผลิตและเผยแพร่ข้อมูลข่าวสารต่างๆ เพื่อเสริมสร้างภาพลักษณ์องค์กรให้เป็นที่ประทับใจต่อสาธารณชน ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2569 โครงการนี้จะเผยแพร่ผ่านรายการข่าว “เรื่องเด่นเย็นนี้” ออกอากาศทางช่อง 3HD ในช่วงวันจันทร์ถึงอาทิตย์
ขอบเขตงานหลักครอบคลุมการตอบรับและส่งทีมข่าวมืออาชีพไปถ่ายทำข่าวหรือสกู๊ปข่าวตามคำเชิญของ MEA การผลิตสกู๊ปข่าวความยาวไม่น้อยกว่า 1 นาทีเพื่อเผยแพร่ในเนื้อหารายการข่าว (ไม่ใช่ช่วงโฆษณา) ไม่น้อยกว่า 4 ครั้ง ภายในระยะเวลาดำเนินโครงการตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 มีนาคม ถึง 30 กันยายน 2569 โดยแต่ละข่าวต้องเผยแพร่ทันเวลาตามกำหนดที่เคร่งครัด
นอกจากเนื้อหาหลักแล้ว ผู้รับจ้างมีหน้าที่เผยแพร่ซ้ำข่าวดังกล่าวผ่านช่องทางออนไลน์ของสถานี ได้แก่ YouTube (โดยต้องเป็นคลิปเดี่ยวเกี่ยวกับ MEA) และสื่อสังคมออนไลน์อื่นๆ เช่น เว็บไซต์, Facebook, X (Twitter), และ/หรือ Instagram ภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนด พร้อมทั้งต้องเผยแพร่ “ข่าวฝาก” อื่นๆ ของ MEA ผ่านช่องทางออนไลน์ดังกล่าวอีกไม่น้อยกว่า 8 ข่าว
ผู้รับจ้างต้องส่งสคริปต์และคลิปให้ MEA ตรวจสอบก่อนเผยแพร่ทุกครั้ง ส่งลิงก์เผยแพร่ทุกช่องทางให้ MEA ทราบทันที รวมทั้งจัดทำรายงานสรุปและวิเคราะห์ความคุ้มค่าของการเผยแพร่เป็นประจำทุกเดือน งานทั้งหมดที่ผลิตขึ้นถือเป็นลิขสิทธิ์ของ MEA โดยสมบูรณ์
The Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA) intends to hire a contractor to produce and disseminate various news information to enhance the organization’s corporate image for the fiscal year 2025. This project will be broadcast on the news program “Reuang Den Yen Nee” on Channel 3HD, from Monday to Sunday.
The primary scope of work includes accepting invitations and dispatching professional news teams to cover events or produce news scoops as requested by MEA. The contractor must produce and broadcast news scoops with a minimum length of 1 minute within the main news program content (not during commercial breaks) no less than 4 times during the project period from March 1 to September 30, 2025, with strict adherence to publication deadlines.
In addition to the main content, the contractor is responsible for re-publishing the news on the station’s online channels, including YouTube (as a standalone clip about MEA) and other social media platforms such as the station’s website, Facebook, X (Twitter), and/or Instagram, within specified timeframes. The contractor must also publish at least 8 other “news placements” for MEA through these same online channels.
The contractor must submit scripts and clips for MEA’s approval before every broadcast, immediately provide links to all published content, and prepare monthly summary reports with cost-benefit analysis of the broadcasts. All produced content is entirely the copyright of MEA.
