โครงการนี้เป็นสัญญาจ้างบริการดูแลบำรุงรักษาระบบไอทีของกรมกิจการสตรีและสถาบันครอบครัว (สค.) โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อให้ระบบคอมพิวเตอร์แม่ข่าย ลูกข่าย อุปกรณ์ต่อพ่วง และระบบเครือข่ายสำนักงานสามารถใช้งานได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง มีประสิทธิภาพ และมีความมั่นคงปลอดภัยสูงสุด สนับสนุนภารกิจหลักของหน่วยงาน
ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการบริการแบบเต็มรูปแบบ ได้แก่ การตรวจสอบ วิเคราะห์ ดูแลบำรุงรักษาป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance) และแก้ไขซ่อมแซมเมื่อเกิดปัญหา (Corrective Maintenance) ในอุปกรณ์ทั้งหมด รวมถึงการปรับตั้งค่า (Configuration) การสำรองข้อมูล (Backup) และการกู้คืนระบบ (Recovery) นอกจากนี้ ผู้รับจ้างต้องจัดเตรียมทีมงานผู้เชี่ยวชาญประจำและนอกเวลาทำการเพื่อปฏิบัติงาน ณ สถานที่ของ สค. ตลอดอายุสัญญา โดยต้องมีแผนการทำงานและช่องทางการติดต่อฉุกเฉินตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง

This project is a contract for IT system maintenance and repair services for the Department of Women’s Affairs and Family Institutions (SW). The primary objective is to ensure the continuous, efficient, and secure operation of server computers, client computers, peripheral devices, and office network systems to support the agency’s core missions.
The scope of work encompasses comprehensive services, including inspection, analysis, preventive maintenance, and corrective repair for all specified equipment. It also involves configuration adjustments, data backup, and system recovery. The contractor is required to provide a team of experts, both on-site during office hours and on-call for emergencies, to work at SW’s premises throughout the contract period. A detailed work plan and a 24/7 emergency contact channel must be established.
The project focuses on maintaining system continuity and minimizing disruption risks, which are critical to the operational efficiency and public service delivery of this government agency.
