สถาบันเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าเจ้าคุณทหารลาดกระบัง เปิดประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) เพื่อจัดหาบริการเช่าใช้ลิขสิทธิ์ซอฟต์แวร์โปรแกรม ZOOM for Education สำหรับใช้ในการเรียนการสอนทางไกลและการสร้างห้องเรียนเสมือนจริง โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้ได้มาซึ่งซอฟต์แวร์ที่ถูกต้องตามกฎหมายและมีคุณสมบัติครบถ้วนตามความต้องการด้านการศึกษาของสถาบัน
ขอบเขตงานหลักคือการจัดหาใบอนุญาต (License) แบบ ZOOM for Education Plan จำนวน 300 User ซึ่งรวมถึง ZOOM Meeting Education Plan และ ZOOM Large Meeting Room (รองรับ 1,000 คน) พร้อมฟังก์ชันการทำงานที่จำเป็น เช่น การประชุมวิดีโอคุณภาพสูง การแชร์หน้าจอ การควบคุมห้องโดย Host (Host Control) ฟีเจอร์ AI Companion สำหรับสรุปการประชุม การบันทึกการสอนลงคลาวด์ และระบบ Dashboard สำหรับบริหารจัดการ ซอฟต์แวร์ต้องสอดคล้องกับ PDPA และสามารถทำงานร่วมกับระบบปัจจุบันของสถาบันได้โดยไม่มีผลกระทบ
ผู้เสนอราคาที่ได้รับการคัดเลือกมีหน้าที่ส่งมอบ ติดตั้ง และทดสอบระบบให้แล้วเสร็จ พร้อมจัดทำคู่มือการใช้งานสำหรับผู้ดูแลระบบ (Admin) ทั้งภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษ รวมถึงให้การสนับสนุนทางเทคนิคและการรับประกันการใช้งานเป็นระยะเวลาไม่น้อยกว่า 12 เดือน นับจากวันที่ส่งมอบ
King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang (KMITL) is conducting an electronic bidding (e-bidding) to procure a license rental service for ZOOM for Education software. The project aims to support distance learning and create virtual classrooms. The key requirement is to obtain 300 User licenses for the ZOOM for Education Plan, which includes standard meeting licenses and a large meeting room license for 1,000 participants.
The scope of work involves supplying legally authorized licenses that comply with PDPA regulations. The software must have comprehensive features for online teaching and meetings, including high-quality video, screen sharing, host controls, AI Companion for meeting summaries, cloud recording, and administrative dashboards. It must also integrate seamlessly with the institute’s existing systems.
The selected vendor is responsible for delivery, installation, system testing, and providing admin manuals in Thai and English. A minimum 12-month warranty and technical support are required from the delivery date.
