โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักในการพัฒนาศูนย์การเรียนรู้และฝึกอบรมด้านเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลและการปรับตัวทางธุรกิจ (Digital Learning and Business Adaptation Hub) เพื่อยกระดับศักยภาพของบุคลากรภาครัฐ เอกชน และประชาชนทั่วไป ให้สามารถก้าวทันการเปลี่ยนแปลงในยุคดิจิทัลได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ โครงการดำเนินการภายใต้แนวคิดการพัฒนาอารยธรรมเชิงนิเวศ (Ecological Civilization Development) โดยผนวกหลักการปฏิบัติที่ดี (Best-Practice) และการพัฒนาจาก “SMART to SMARTER”
ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการวิเคราะห์ความต้องการ การออกแบบสถาปัตยกรรมและประสบการณ์ผู้ใช้ (UX/UI) สำหรับแพลตฟอร์มการเรียนรู้ดิจิทัล การพัฒนาระบบบริหารจัดการการเรียนรู้ (LMS) ที่มีความปลอดภัยสูงและรองรับการใช้งานบนหลายอุปกรณ์ (Responsive Design) รวมถึงการผลิตสื่อการเรียนรู้ออนไลน์ (E-Learning Content) ในรูปแบบต่างๆ เช่น วิดีโออินโฟกราฟิก และแบบทดสอบเชิงโต้ตอบ นอกจากนี้ยังรวมถึงการจัดฝึกอบรมแบบผสมผสาน (Blended Learning) การติดตั้งระบบและโอนย้ายข้อมูล การฝึกอบรมผู้ใช้งาน และการให้บริการสนับสนุนหลังการติดตั้ง
โครงการมุ่งส่งมอบแพลตฟอร์มดิจิทัลที่ใช้งานได้จริง มีเนื้อหาครบถ้วน และมีกลไกการติดตามประเมินผลที่ชัดเจน เพื่อสร้างเป็นต้นแบบศูนย์การเรียนรู้ที่สามารถขยายผลและนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในบริบทอื่นๆ ได้ต่อไป
This project aims to develop a Digital Learning and Business Adaptation Hub to enhance the capabilities of government personnel, private sector employees, and the general public in keeping pace with the digital transformation. The project is framed within the concept of Ecological Civilization Development, incorporating Best-Practice principles and evolving from “SMART to SMARTER.”
The scope of work includes requirements analysis, UX/UI design, and the development of a secure, multi-device compatible Learning Management System (LMS). It also encompasses the production of various E-Learning content formats (videos, infographics, interactive quizzes), the organization of Blended Learning training sessions, system deployment, data migration, user training, and post-implementation support.
The key deliverables are a fully functional digital learning platform with comprehensive content and a clear monitoring and evaluation mechanism, intended to serve as a model learning hub that can be replicated and adapted for other contexts.
