กรมที่ดินมีกำหนดดำเนินการจ้างบำรุงรักษาระบบโครงสร้างพื้นฐานสำคัญด้านการรังวัด ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2569 โครงการนี้ครอบคลุมการบำรุงรักษาสถานีรับสัญญาณดาวเทียมอ้างอิง (CORS) จำนวน 131 สถานี และศูนย์ควบคุมระบบโครงข่ายการรังวัดด้วยดาวเทียมแบบจลน์ (RTK GNSS Network) จำนวน 2 ระบบ ประกอบด้วย ศูนย์ควบคุมที่อาคารรังวัดและทำแผนที่ จ.นนทบุรี และศูนย์ควบคุมที่สำนักงานที่ดินกรุงเทพมหานคร สาขาบางกอกน้อย
ระบบดังกล่าวเป็นโครงข่ายที่สิ้นสุดระยะเวลารับประกันแล้ว แต่มีความจำเป็นต้องให้บริการอย่างต่อเนื่องเพื่อสนับสนุนการรังวัดออกเอกสารสิทธิที่ดินด้วยวิธีแผนที่ชั้นหนึ่งให้กับประชาชน ภาครัฐ และเอกชน รวมถึงรองรับภารกิจอื่นๆ เช่น การจัดทำระวางแผนที่ การตรวจสอบแนวเขต และการพัฒนาเมืองอัจฉริยะ (Smart City) วัตถุประสงค์หลักคือเพื่อให้ระบบสามารถทำงานได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง มีเสถียรภาพ และมีคุณภาพตามมาตรฐานสากล ลดความผิดพลาดและข้อพิพาทเรื่องที่ดิน ตลอดจนสนับสนุนการพัฒนาดิจิทัลของประเทศ ระยะเวลาการบำรุงรักษาครอบคลุม 5 เดือน ตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 เมษายน 2569 ถึงวันที่ 30 กันยายน 2569
The Department of Lands is procuring maintenance services for its GNSS CORS network for fiscal year 2026. This project involves the maintenance of 131 Continuously Operating Reference Stations (CORS) and 2 control centers for the Real-Time Kinematic (RTK) GNSS Network. The control centers are located at the Surveying and Mapping Building in Nonthaburi Province and the Bangkok Land Office, Bang Khun Non Branch.
These systems, which are now out of warranty, are critical infrastructure requiring continuous operation to support the precise surveying for land title deeds using the first-class map method for the public, government, and private sectors. The maintenance also supports other missions such as map sheet preparation, boundary verification, and Smart City development. The primary objectives are to ensure the system’s continuous, stable, and high-quality operation according to international standards, reduce errors and land disputes, and support the country’s digital development. The maintenance period is 5 months, from April 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026.
