รายละเอียดการจ้าง
องค์การกระจายเสียงและแพร่ภาพสาธารณะแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.ส.ท.) หรือไทยพีบีเอส มีความประสงค์จ้างเหมาบริการบํารุงรักษาและซ่อมแซมแก้ไขอุปกรณ์ระบบเครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์ และลิขสิทธิ์ระบบรักษาความปลอดภัย โดยมีขอบเขตครอบคลุมอุปกรณ์ที่ติดตั้งใช้งานอยู่ทั้งที่สํานักงานใหญ่ (อาคาร A, B, C, D และพื้นที่โดยรอบ) และศูนย์ภูมิภาค 3 แห่ง ได้แก่ เชียงใหม่, ขอนแก่น, และหาดใหญ่
งานหลักประกอบด้วยการบํารุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance) ทั้งฮาร์ดแวร์และซอฟต์แวร์ การสนับสนุนการแก้ไขปัญหาสายสัญญาณเครือข่าย การดูแลรักษาระบบและอุปกรณ์เครือข่ายสารสนเทศ การจัดทํารายงาน และการประชุมประจํารอบทุก 3 เดือน รวมถึงการจัดหาอุปกรณ์สํารองทดแทนเมื่อเกิดเหตุขัดข้องร้ายแรง โดยมีเป้าหมายเพื่อให้อุปกรณ์มีความพร้อมใช้งานสม่ําเสมอ และการปฏิบัติงานดําเนินไปอย่างต่อเนื่องไม่หยุดชะงัก
ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติเฉพาะ เช่น เป็นตัวแทนผู้ผลิตอุปกรณ์โดยตรง มีวิศวกรผู้ผ่านการรับรองจากผู้ผลิต มีประสบการณ์ผลงานที่แล้วเสร็จมูลค่าไม่ต่ํากว่า 20 ล้านบาท และสามารถให้บริการแก้ไขปัญหาได้ภายใน 4 ชั่วโมงหลังจากได้รับแจ้ง
The Thai Public Broadcasting Service (Thai PBS) is seeking a contractor for the maintenance and repair services of computer network equipment and security system licenses. The scope of work covers equipment installed at the head office (Buildings A, B, C, D, and surrounding areas) and three regional centers (Chiang Mai, Khon Kaen, and Hat Yai).
The primary tasks include preventive maintenance for both hardware and software, support for resolving network cabling issues, maintenance of IT network systems and equipment, report preparation, and quarterly meetings. The contractor must also provide replacement equipment in case of severe failures. The objective is to ensure consistent equipment availability and uninterrupted operations.
The contractor must meet specific qualifications, such as being an authorized vendor for the equipment brands, having certified engineers, possessing completed project experience worth no less than 20 million THB, and being able to resolve issues within 4 hours of notification.
