โครงการนี้เป็นความต้องการของโรงพยาบาลร้อยเอ็ดในการจัดจ้างบริการบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์ป้องกันเครือข่ายรุ่นใหม่ (Next Generation Firewall) ยี่ห้อ Fortigate รุ่น FG-200F และ FG-600E เป็นระยะเวลา 365 วัน นับจากวันลงนามสัญญา โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้อุปกรณ์ดังกล่าวอยู่ในสภาพพร้อมใช้งานและมีความปลอดภัยอย่างต่อเนื่อง
ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการรับประกันฮาร์ดแวร์และซอฟต์แวร์ การอัปเกรดเฟิร์มแวร์ระบบปฏิบัติการ FortiOS ให้เป็นเวอร์ชันล่าสุดหรือเวอร์ชันที่ผู้ผลิตแนะนำ ตลอดจนการอัปเดตฐานข้อมูลความปลอดภัยอย่างต่อเนื่องในด้านต่างๆ เช่น Application Control, IPS, Advance Malware Protection, Web Filtering, Anti Spam และ Virus & Threat Signature
ผู้ให้บริการต้องสามารถให้การสนับสนุนทางเทคนิค (Technical Support) ได้ตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง ทุกวัน ผ่านช่องทาง Telephone, Remote Service, Chat และ Email พร้อมให้บริการภาคสนาม (Onsite Service) ในกรณีที่ไม่สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาได้จากระยะไกล นอกจากนี้ต้องเป็นตัวแทนจำหน่ายที่ได้รับแต่งตั้งอย่างถูกต้องจาก Fortinet (Authorized Partner) และมีวิศวกรที่ผ่านการรับรองจาก Fortinet
การพิจารณาผู้ชนะการเสนอราคาจะใช้เกณฑ์ราคาต่ำสุด (หลักเกณฑ์ราคา) และมีการวางหลักประกันสัญญา 5% ของราคาค่าจ้าง
Roi Et Hospital is inviting bids for a one-year (365 days) maintenance service contract for Next Generation Firewall equipment, specifically Fortigate models FG-200F and FG-600E. The project has a budget of 1,380,000 THB. The winning bidder will be responsible for providing comprehensive hardware and software maintenance, including firmware upgrades to the latest or recommended FortiOS version, continuous security updates for features like Application Control, IPS, Advanced Malware Protection, Web Filtering, Anti-Spam, and Virus & Threat signatures.
The service must include 24/7 technical support via phone, remote access, chat, and email, as well as onsite service when remote resolution is not possible. The service provider must be an officially authorized Fortinet partner and employ engineers certified by Fortinet.
The selection of the winning bid will be based on the lowest price criterion. The successful bidder must provide a contract security deposit equivalent to 5% of the contract value.
