รายละเอียดการจ้าง
สำนักงานปลัดสำนักนายกรัฐมนตรี (สปน.) มีความประสงค์จ้างบริการบำรุงรักษาระบบเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์แม่ข่ายหลักของหน่วยงาน ระยะที่ 1 ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2569 โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้ระบบไอทีหลักของ สปน. ได้รับการดูแลรักษาอย่างสม่ำเสมอทั้งในเชิงป้องกันปัญหาและแก้ไขเมื่อเกิดข้อขัดข้อง สามารถสนับสนุนการปฏิบัติงานได้อย่างเต็มที่
ขอบเขตของงานครอบคลุมการบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์และระบบทั้งหมดตามรายการในภาคผนวก 1 ซึ่งประกอบด้วยเครื่องแม่ข่ายเซิร์ฟเวอร์ยี่ห้อ Nutanix และ Lenovo, ซอฟต์แวร์ระบบเสมือน (Nutanix NCI), ซอฟต์แวร์สำรองข้อมูล (Veritas NetBackup), ระบบปฏิบัติการ Windows Server, อุปกรณ์เครือข่าย Switch (H3C) รวมถึงอุปกรณ์จัดเก็บข้อมูลภายนอก (NAS Storage) และอุปกรณ์สำรองข้อมูลแบบเทป (Tape Library) ผู้รับจ้างมีหน้าที่ดำเนินการบำรุงรักษาแบบป้องกัน (PM) ทุก 3 เดือน พร้อมจัดทำรายงาน และต้องสามารถตอบสนองการบำรุงรักษาแบบแก้ไข (CM) ได้ทันทีเมื่อได้รับการแจ้งเหตุขัดข้อง ภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนด พร้อมจัดเตรียมบุคลากรและช่องทางการติดต่อทั้งในและนอกเวลาราชการ
งานนี้มีวงเงินงบประมาณ 3,029,691.63 บาท มีระยะเวลาดำเนินการตั้งแต่วันที่ 20 กุมภาพันธ์ 2569 ถึงวันที่ 30 กันยายน 2569 และการจ่ายเงินแบ่งเป็น 3 งวดตามผลการส่งมอบงาน
The Office of the Permanent Secretary, Office of the Prime Minister (OPM) intends to hire maintenance services for its core server computer systems (Phase 1) for the fiscal year 2023. The objective is to ensure the OPM’s core IT systems receive both preventive and corrective maintenance, enabling them to continuously and efficiently support the agency’s missions.
The scope of work covers the comprehensive maintenance of all equipment and systems listed in Appendix 1. This includes Nutanix and Lenovo servers, Nutanix Cloud Infrastructure (NCI) virtualization software, Veritas NetBackup backup software, Windows Server operating systems, H3C network switches, NAS storage (Lenovo), and a tape library (IBM TS4300). The contractor is responsible for performing preventive maintenance (PM) every 3 months with reporting, and must be ready to execute corrective maintenance (CM) immediately upon notification of a fault within stipulated response and resolution times. The contractor must also provide dedicated personnel and 24/7 contact channels.
The project has a budget of 3,029,691.63 THB, with a service period from February 20, 2023, to September 30, 2023. Payments will be made in 3 installments based on milestone completions.
