กรมศุลกากรประกาศประกวดราคาจ้างบริการบำรุงรักษาและซ่อมแซมแก้ไขคอมพิวเตอร์ อุปกรณ์การประมวลผล และระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ ภายใต้โครงการพัฒนาระบบบริหารการพัสดุ ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2569 โดยใช้วิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) ราคากลางของงานจ้างอยู่ที่ 1,012,500 บาท ผู้ชนะการประกวดราคาจะได้รับมอบหมายให้บริการเป็นระยะเวลา 3 เดือน ตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 มีนาคม ถึงวันที่ 30 พฤษภาคม 2569
ขอบเขตงานหลักครอบคลุมการให้บริการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหา (Corrective Maintenance) สำหรับคอมพิวเตอร์และระบบที่เกี่ยวข้องกับโครงการพัฒนาระบบบริหารการพัสดุทั้งหมด ผลงานที่ส่งมอบคือการให้บริการที่ครบถ้วนตามระยะเวลาที่กำหนด และมีการรับประกันการซ่อมแซมความชำรุดบกพร่องตลอดระยะเวลาสัญญา 92 วัน การเสนอราคาจะดำเนินการทางระบบ e-GP ในวันที่ 2 กุมภาพันธ์ 2569 และใช้เกณฑ์การพิจารณาผู้ชนะคือหลักเกณฑ์ราคาต่ำสุด
The Customs Department is announcing an electronic bidding (e-bidding) project for computer, processing equipment, and computer system maintenance and repair services. This service is for the Procurement Management System Development Project for the fiscal year 2569 B.E. The estimated budget is 1,012,500 Baht. The winning bidder will be contracted to provide maintenance services for a period of 3 months, from March 1 to May 30, 2569 B.E.
The primary scope of work includes preventive and corrective maintenance for all computers and related systems under the mentioned development project. The key deliverable is the complete provision of maintenance services as per the contract duration, with a defect warranty period of 92 days. Bids must be submitted via the e-GP system on February 2, 2569 B.E., and the winner will be selected based on the lowest price criterion.
